Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and itโs not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same ยฃ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?
