    I logged a call about our internet dropping out with @Plusnet at 9am. By lunchtime the @WeAreOpenreach guy had found the fault, stripped and replaced the wires and sockets and solved the issue. Great service from both companies πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp rang for update on my ticket to unarchive mailbox.turns out the tech support filed incorrect ticket and it was rejected so new ticket needed to be raised. almost 24h later and nothing has been done with my ticket #nothappy 🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬

    @plusnethelp just so you are aware plusnet have places ILLEGAL restrictions onto my account again and it is now my intention to take this issue further .. another disgraceful example of plusnets arrogance and utter lack of customer consideration !!!

    @Plusnet come on answer your phones and dont send people to a disconnect message because of high volumes. Need an update on the issue your support technician made worse and now have no service whatsoever. I need Internet to work #wfh

    @Plusnet again email issues at plusnet. Still waiting for a response to a complaint I raised weeks ago and today emails have been down for 12+ hours. Who are the minority doing all the good reviews

    @Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying Β£62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution
