Best internet provider? Currently with @Plusnet and they are absolutely terrible. Can’t connect phones to the WiFi and the signal goes about 1m in the house and what you can get is slow as anything 🙄

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).
