@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

RM do send emails 2 say parcel will b delivered,good way 2 check is not follow link,copy tracking number & check on RM track & trace
