However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Unless you were asking for a tracked service (T24 or T48) you absolutely should have been able to use your stamps. I expect @PostOffice will be along in the morning to ask you for more info and what branch it was.
