Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

Went to Post Office in Rope Lane, Wistaston. There was a queue outside. Plenty of room to queue inside. Went Readsedale Ave, Crewe @PostOffice Walked straight in, served immediately. Only way to improve service is to go elsewhere. I spent £140 on gift tokens Rope Lane PO lost out
