  • sarapittack
sara pittack (@sarapittack) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice @BootstrapCook So much excellent advice from the Post Office to help us save money. An extra tip is to only use free email to send messages as oppose to using stamps to send letters

  • BrianMcAuslan
Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

  • Greenwoodworker
Robin Fawcett (@Greenwoodworker) reported from Waltham Abbey, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for that but I already have & we are NOT supposed to receive any of the crap distributed by the Post Office. However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

  • RuthRobinsonLon

Extremely disappointed with DTDC service. A medicine parcel dispatched on 16th March was expected by 20th, then delayed to 23rd, and still not delivered. This is not just a delay—it’s about someone’s health. Urgent action needed. @DTDCIndia @PostOffice #DTDC

  • monaktrix
    monaktrix (@monaktrix) reported

@Jordmcl1 @hippyygoat @doctor_rahmeh The most egregious example of bullying by the State. We are cutting down on public services, including law enforcement, and this is what they choose to spend resources on? As a reminder - no one went to jail for Grenfell deaths or Postoffice or PPE or the sewage scandal.
