@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@mrdaveyjames @PostOffice @RoyalMail Unfortunately Davey that is not a return label. To use that sort of label you have a Royal Mail account and it must come with a posting docket. You’ll need to go back to the seller I’m afraid. If they use the proper eBay returns service you’ll get the correct label.

@PostOffice I just had a call from a London number saying I had a parcel waiting to be delivered, and I had to pay £1.55. The nice lady said she was calling from you? I take it I was right to hang up before giving her my card details?
