@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • FatherFantaskis Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, England

Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

  • shah4569 Shah™ (@shah4569) reported from Romford, England

@PostOffice my local post office charged me for a service that I shouldn't have been charged for, now he's refusing to give me a refund. Can anyone help?

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • DeFrenZ Davide De Franceschi (@DeFrenZ) reported from East Ham, England

    @alexforey @PostOffice It’s so bad that I wouldn’t publicise it

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is literally dropping down every 30 mins. How on earth am I supposed to wfh?

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is awfully slow in my area. Tried to get in contact with customer assistance and yet no answer. Any suggestion?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

  • sarahpearson80 NorthSouthgirl (@sarahpearson80) reported from St Albans, England

@PostOffice Hi guy's can you please the Post Office at Sandridge is having an going on with parcels their can't give me my parcel as the barcode isn't working the machine is saying invalid. Its shocking service when you have paid for something.

  • physiorichmond Michelle Cuthbert (@physiorichmond) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice I have urgent PPE arriving today. I have filled out a safe place box and your bot has decided I asked for new delivery date please help

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • Judit_Sz Judit Szarka (@Judit_Sz) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

@PostOffice Do something about the customer services at the post office and maybe you can answer the questions that I sent last week. Customercare? What a ******* joke.

  • SurfaceCandy Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice If I was able bodied it would not be a problem as I would easily drive elsewhere!! If I wait and pay using debit card they process them all while I wait! I have been a customer of the branch for FOUR YEARS before I was in a wheelchair!! APPALLING SERVICE

  • evfitzpatrick Emma FitzPatrick (@evfitzpatrick) reported

@PostOffice Is awful they arent responding! Have had&heard many bad stories from this branch, need items ASAP &she threatened to return2sender! Want to prevent! Need to make a full complaint also. I am a key worker and travel over 3 hours a day to work. Collection from post office is ideal!X

  • SurfaceCandy Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported

@PostOffice The Post Office have failed Fakenham for a year and cut staff. The service provided now is suitable for business customers!! If they can’t process drop and go there should be another till and member of staff!!! @EDP24

  • helenfcarr Helen Frances Carr (@helenfcarr) reported

@PostOffice I’ve been queuing for almost an hour to be served at your Lewisham WH Smith branch and have seen staff be dismissive and rude to two disabled customers

  • SurfaceCandy Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported

@PostOffice Expect a DISABLED BUSINESS CUSTOMER to go to another branch?! How is this acceptable?? You have cut staff and branch is now understaffed!!!! #DisabledPersons

  • SurfaceCandy Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported

@postoffice you are failing a whole town, not just my business. If I wait in line and pay for post it gets processed on the ONE till. Customers tut at me! I used drop and go to alleviate the stress and my post was left for days. As you said MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR BRANCH & CUSTOMER

  • SurfaceCandy Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported

@postoffice STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS. Your customer services is appalling. I am disabled and you’re expecting me to drop my post by 9am if I want it processed same day!! If I stand in queue instead of drop and go they process them!! How is this acceptable?

  • Atmywitsend3 Atmywitsend (@Atmywitsend3) reported

@SurfaceCandy @PostOffice I wasnt trying to being helpful, I was empathising. Maybe if you didn’t want others commenting you could have done this privately with Post Office. Good luck in your complaint and Merry Christmas 🎄

  • bettnorrisdraws Bett Norris (@bettnorrisdraws) reported

@siany_d @PostOffice Sure, and I think perhaps it might work better if they offered a service where they didn’t.
