@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

@PostOffice the postoffice in Woolavington TA78HQ is advertised as being open but I've gone in store and they say its shut. This post office is massively unreliable for sending post, I've tried using them several times this year and they've always got some sort of issue.

@PostOffice I've got Wallace &Gromit Xmas stamps, pre-barcode. Use one every year, niece loves them. PO today said I couldn't use it w'out barcode. I thought Xmas stamp issues were specifically exempted & could still be used? Husband sent the Liv Cathedral off without a problem.
