@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice 🤬🤬🤬 if you don’t have franking mail boxes outside your post offices then your staff on the door should take the bag of mail. I’m not queuing outside in a mile long queue to give someone a bag for work 🤬 what a seriously disgusting service. Making me miss my bus!

I arranged for @PostOffice to collect a parcel, but it was never collected. Then I get an email saying it had been collected...but it’s literally sitting here next to me. Sent an enquiry. Our current postie isn’t our usual one, and he’s kinda rude, so doesn’t surprise me.

@kr15___ @PostOffice I think in these instances you rely on the public to exercise some common sense. Businesses cannot be held responsible for people's bad behaviour. May I also add that "ratting" on people in the current climate isn't helpful. Working through a pandemic is stressful enough!
