    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Yes, this is the second time I've tried, but each time the post office has closed down. I can't track it as I was never given a tracking number either.

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

    @IndiaPostOffice Speedpost# AW768091159IN is shown as delivered on 21-Nov. But NO DELIVERY WAS MADE. I checked at local postoffice (Pin 122003, Sector 45 SO) & item never reached there. How can far away postoffice (Pin 122016, Dundahera SO) deliver it? It's urgent, pls deliver.

    @IndiaPostOffice It was NOT DELIVERED as I mentioned. Destination postoffice (Pin 122003 Sector 45) said something is wrong as item never reached them. This is sheer irresponsibility of in-between postoffice. Delivery SMS said RAVINDERKUMAR Beat B18. Pls check properly.

    @RoyalMailHelp I don't understand the point of this service then, and how in all conscience you can go on charging for it. @PostOffice staff should be told to warn people that the service is virtually worthless.

    @PostOffice @rudeycantfail Says who!!! This is actually probably relating to the weekly rollover of the stock units that occurs on a Wednesday. Nice polite notice apologising for any inconvenience. The only thing dire here is this complaint!!!

    @njbarl0w @thomasheadon i work at a postoffice and no absolutely not... there is so much work behind the postal service than most of the people see. and postal service offers loads of jobs it would be a shame these people don't get paid. it wouldn't even be possible without these amazing people!+

    @PostOffice OK thanks. I entered the Post Office to buy the Post Office Certification Service so this is just really confusing. I will return and get a refund and get this done properly
