I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

Lady at the desk, very rude just kept shouting at me saying the parcel is overweight. I did not know that? What is your policy please?

Your customer service is poor and on here all you do is post 'automated' responses. Try listening to your customers. You know, the ones that are still waiting since 9th dec for a recorded delivery to be made.
