I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

They failed to sort it and you have trusted them past what is reasonable, making the contract null and void at your choice !

    @PostOffice The Post Office is dead without a revamp. The union is too strong and should not exist in a government agency. The legacy (benefits)cost outweigh the value of service. Change to 3 days per week and eliminate half the workforce to get competitive.

The hacker doesn't know your new IP address, so we can set the new router to be as safe as possible before he even knows you changed ... don't dump PO until the new one is installed ! LOL

    @PostOffice just been refused services at Densole Post Office, Kent at 17-15 and told cashing up so can not accept any parcels. The opening hours are clearly stated as to 17-30 so to be refused a service 15 minutes before closing is very poor.

    @PostOffice Hi, we've had total loss of service since Sunday. We are waiting on an engineer appointment to fix faults. How long does this normally take? The a/c holder is a doctor who needs to be able to access his caseload at home & this is causing massive problems.
