Poor communication even after an Ombudsman decision went my way. Seriously tempted to move mortgage and accounts from there based on their customer service alone.

If someone has your phone & can access your bank accounts with it, they can just navigate to "Display Card Details" (different banks may use different terms) and then "Display PIN". If you set up biometric access, your phone will require your fingerprint to unlock.

In the Santander app it's Manage Cards > View PIN (I can't attach a screenshot as the app doesn't screenshot for "security" reasons but I could take a photo on a 2nd phone)

I’ve been waiting 2 years for them to investigate fraudulent activity on my account, meanwhile leaving me no access to a bank account and blacklisted from opening another. It’s farcical.
