    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    @santanderuk hi guys, my parents are away in Italy and my mum had her purse stolen. The thieves have already used her cards. She said she has cancelled one online but is currently on the phone to you (on hold) to confirm both have been cancelled. Can you help?

    @santanderuk told them that she is struggling no matter that i broke down on the phone they just kept asking her and me stupid questions even when i said we dont know how long she has they said can she come into a branch. Even when i said no she cant she has cancer she can’t

    @santanderuk YOU ARE DELIBERATELY STOPPING ME FROM INVESTING. I HAVE PASSED YOUR FIRST SECURITY TEST AND THE SECOND SECURITY TEST TWICE AND YOU STILL ARE REFUSING TO PAY WHAT I REQUESTED. I AM ALSO 15 MINUTES HOLDING ON FOR A REPLY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS NOT SERVICE.

    @KevC_Derby @santanderuk Im still waiting for my payment. I meant more recently. Nationwide have been my only bank since a teenager and always been fine but then last few months the app seems to crash a lot or have some issue. Hopefully it gets fixed. Haha that £140 is tempting!

    Awful treatment from @santanderuk helen my wife is in Roxburgh her cancer spread to her brain so she can’t remember her pin and she lost her phone, so phoned Santander and explained and wanted to add new number, 50min on the phone explained that things not great.
