@santanderuk @MoneySavingExp Still not sorted.After 3 useless letters, 8 calls.10hrs spent.Every Customer Service Agent telling me the last Agent had given me the wrong information (6 of them in total) No call back from Complaints 2 days after registering. Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk @santanderuk ?Criminal Customer Service.Voted worst bank by @MoneySavingExp.I concur.Opened EasyAccessSaver to add to Mortgage Acct.Sent my whole Pension pot.Their mistakes locked me out.Didn't even know if it got there for 2 weeks.10 hrs.8 phone calls. Zero service.Don't bother

@santanderuk Shame there isn't something in there about mishandling accounts & being extremely unhelpful & lacking in customer service. As long as Ant & Dec are OK that's the main thing. Wonder if the banking ombudsman will call Ant & Dec as witnesses? More idea then your complaints dept 👎
