Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Have spent 3.5 hours on the phone with 8 of your staff and am locked out of all transactions. Your service and duty of care to this customer is appalling.

Then after verifying everything with them they continue to block payments & even their own staff can't action the transfer! Ludicrous!
