@santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@santanderuk Well it can’t get any worse that the Micky Mouse system you currently have. Your customer service is designed to delay and avoid any accountability. I have tried multiple routes to get a simple response. Your playing with peoples lives !

You know, abled people haven't got a clue how much energy it takes to 'just pop in' to somewhere. Banks, specifically, need to be more accessible. @santanderuk curious re: your thoughts on disability access. Why can't I just send a file remotely?

@santanderuk I'm so upset and evening completely destroyed! I tried to make an online payment from my account. Santander blocked it - on the line for 2 hours and put on queue to unblock and no answer at all. So many things now disrupted and I'm so stressed. Dreadful service.
