    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @santanderuk is the technical error affecting people's balances? I just tried to log in and could only see my balance but none of my transaction to see I was 238 overdrawn. I dont even have a overdraft? I wasn't overdrawn yesterday before this happened What's going on?

    @santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!
