@santanderuk waited on four separate days for over 20 min each on your fraud line without answer. This is appalling. With this level of customer service can you give me any reason why I shouldn’t change banks?
It amazes me that traditional banks are still around. My new @santanderuk card. The letter says use vertual assistant to activate. It tells me to log in. 15 mins on the phone, lady tells me I can't log in because I dont have account details. #incompetent

@santanderukhelp Actually, I take that thanks back. We're now into our 4th hour on hold. Payments to the carers ergo look after our father are now delayed. The service from @santanderuk is appalling. Are customers supposed to hold indefinitely?
