If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.
