@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple
