Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk 2/2 Now you tell me my security number is not working, another inefficiency problem on your part, now have to be sent a new one. Why are you so grossly inefficient? Your staff all need retraining as do not all apply the same script.

@santanderuk such a shame to hear that #shawlands branch in Glasgow is closing soon. Was in branch this morning and service is always tremendous (thanks to heather this morning for getting card back to me 👍)
