    @SkyUK A disgrace of a company!! Wanting my 75yr old mother, just out of hospital after 4 weeks to go a month without tv as they can’t get an engineer out before the end of Sept! Happy enough to hike her bill every year for the 10 years she’s been a customer! #thievingbastards

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    Best decision made this year is getting rid of @SkyUK broandband. Failed to deliver far too often of promised speeds and rotten support to back it up.

    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    @SkyUK I’m yet to receive any confirmation email about my £100 MasterCard for joining sky glass. Can you please contact me to help with this. The same happened a year or so ago when I signed back with @HalifaxBank £50 cash back joining sky fee which I still never received.

    @SkyHelpTeam This happened a few months ago too when I called up and was told a new monthly price only to then see I'd been charged an admin fee which I wasn't told about and also the monthly cost was more than what I'd been promised on the phone. Surely this isnt normal customer service?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes deffo upgrade the almost ancient routers we have to suffer with and do a proper survey of each install before the customer has to put up with endless mind numbing call centre “experts”
