I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
