@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam my youngest son is studying for his GCSEs the signal keeps on cutting out in his bedroom so he’s getting thrown off his online lessons. Even an extender won’t work in his bedroom. If your signal from your hub is so good why won’t it reach his bedroom?
