@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve explained the issues to your inept customer service multiple times, I’m not wasting anymore time doing it again. Maybe take a look at the way your product is developed and fix all the bugs it’s full of would be a good place to start.
