@SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately yes. As I said we’ve had snow before but never been down this long. We had an intermittent signal earlier but the picture kept breaking up, like wen you have a storm. I’m sure it’ll sort itself out just was frustrating last night after an arduous journey home. 🥶

@SkyUK It's pants. I had to return one for my dad. If the internet signal is weak or down, no TV. Picture quality isn't great either. Sound is ok. If you incorporated a PVR so you can record, it would be better.
