    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam While I was looking into a switch back to TalkTalk, I found that they have been carrying out network maintenance at the Brigg exchange. Could their work have affected my Sky broadband connection ? Can you check for any reported problems at the Brigg exchange for Sky customers ?

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I register a faulty landline on behalf of someone else? Due to this they cant contact you, cant email as theyre not tech savvy. I tried the contact centre but they dismissed my call as I was not the acc holder. Looking for an engineer to help them, thanks
