@SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

@SkyHelpTeam just enquired about adding broadband to my package and was quoted higher than you are showing online despite supposedly being a VIP having been with you for 8 1/2 years. Then came down to the normal price but if I build my package on line I can get it for £15 cheaper
