    @SkyUK once again you fail to turn up to install . I upgraded to SKY Q on September 27th and you have failed to turn up on the 2 appointments. Dreadful customer service once again

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

    @skytv constantly cannot get thru to cancel @SkySports for obvious reasons. Paying for nothing and cannot cancel online

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    Absolutely loved the way @btsportfootball not only didn't apologise and hide the sound of the crowd chanting "**** VAR" but actually discussed it! Would never happen on @SkySports who put on fake crowd sounds to hide chants they don't like. #WOLMUN

    Why is it that when you agree a price with @SkyUK for tv, internet and calls, then they change the price even though your in a contract. And then when you try to call them your on the phone for over and hour waiting to get through to someone to help. Should have not changed.

    @SkyHelpTeam The usual crap response, this is why I’m switching to @TrooliFibre , no more pitiful excuses. When I wake up in the morning I have the same issue despite being the only device on the router as everyone else is asleep.
