Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

B.P. Walter (@BarnabyWalter) reported@SkyHelpTeam Yes! And have access to all those other UHD titles shown in that video. The problem seems to be the UHD edition of Dolittle doesn’t exist on the service. As you can see in the video, Dolittle isn’t part of the main UHD page.
