    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve just come off the phone to one of your staff and I’m extremely disappointed with the service & advice provided. Once I made a complaint I was told it wouldn’t be taken any further anyway and would simply be closed, it won’t even be reviewed by anyone else

    1/4 - New customer: Broadband service ordered 2 weeks ago. Still not received my router but have been told that my internet was connected 1 week ago. Been on the phone to CS everyday and had managers involved and always told ‘its arriving tomorrow’, it never arrives @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/4 –I have wasted a lot of time, holiday and money (pn calls) for a service I havent began to use yet and for something that could be resolved easily. This issue can be resolved by simply sending out a small boxed item for next day delivery. Why is it so difficult?
