My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SirenOfGotham @SkyHelpTeam Thought so. It’s a known issue with how Sky have handled the content on their servers. As you don’t have the app like Sky Q customers, Sky added some of the stuff to their own servers for +HD customers… and huge amounts of it plays in the wrong order. Common complaint!
