@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

@SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous that people pay for this service despite loads of folk having issues with live TV, with recordings, connectivity (it's 2021) it is meant to be a wireless service yet does not work correctly even when wired from main box to router! Don't deny it read forum!
