    @SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

    Absolutely loved the way @btsportfootball not only didn't apologise and hide the sound of the crowd chanting "**** VAR" but actually discussed it! Would never happen on @SkySports who put on fake crowd sounds to hide chants they don't like. #WOLMUN

    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for the reply. I have a programme set to series link that is on 1am Tuesday morning every single week. Some weeks it just does not record. It’s usually on BT sport 1, if the programme is swapped to BT sport 2, would that be a reason for the series link not working?

    @ItsSnowRaven @SkyHelpTeam You’ve got a wifi issue you lemon, you need to flow WIFI troubleshooting steps yourself as something within your home is causing the device speed to be slow
