@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 if anyone is considering Sky Glass and the pucks. Think about this - we’ve not been able to receive Netflix on the pucks due to technical issues Sky are “working on” but they won’t provide any refund for the days of lack of service

Sky broadband increasing prices, notified on the very same day I've had almost no service (Castlereagh, Belfast), and NO timescales for a fix. When this is sorted I'm going back to plusnet. Not good enough in the slightest (pretty disgraceful actually) #skyhelp @SkyHelpTeam
