    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    @SkyHelpTeam 🤡's messed up that list... south Wales is intermittent too. Internet cut has cut out 8 times over the last couple of hours. Learn to advise people properly.

    @SirenOfGotham @SkyHelpTeam Thought so. It’s a known issue with how Sky have handled the content on their servers. As you don’t have the app like Sky Q customers, Sky added some of the stuff to their own servers for +HD customers… and huge amounts of it plays in the wrong order. Common complaint!
