    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam so, my sky Q box is HDR compatible, my TV is HDR compatible and set to HDR, so why can't I play HDR films, saying 'this content is not available on this device' I have updated my box, still no joy, help!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Channel4 @ITV why are there never any subtitles for on demand programs? No one seems to take any responsibility for the lack of them. For the money I pay every month it’s pretty shocking service.
