    @SkyHelpTeam I am fed up of my broadband dropping! This is now a regular occurrence!! Numerous calls, following the steps, etc. and still no joy!!! And the amount I pay a month for the service is a joke!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. I had an engineer booked for Saturday 15th for Sky install following home move, he failed to arrive. I was told someone would be at my house today but checking my order tracking it says next Monday
