@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

@SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

@SkyUK apologies but I can’t get any reply by your help line. Sky Talk Shield isn’t working. Dialling 1780 as advised suggests it is, but I’m still getting unknown and ****** calls. 1780 tells me I’ve had “no calls for thirty days”, but that’s not true. Help please!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison. We do call. We call every single day. Every day we have to re-explain the issue to a different person, who advises they will call us back at a certain time. THEY NEVER CALL BACK, so we repeat step 1. EVERY DAY.
