    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyUK Hi Sky, my mum has received a Sky Q card but has a sky + HD box but it doesn't work. She is very vulnerable at the moment and not very well. Does she have to upgrade to SKY Q?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes afraid so. We tried a reboot pressing down the standby button on the box which got us passed this but said "no satellite signal". Nothing has changed in our connection to the dish to cause this.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks Dan, I have made @SkyHelpTeam aware, their internal system requires an engineer visit before it can be escalated. I have suggested via Social Media that our neighbours make their Service Provider aware that they one of multiple users with issues. Thankfully it is up ATM 🤞

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, had a lengthy conversation with a very helpful @SkyHelpTeam member, they will send one of their BB Engineers to prove that it isn't their issue, they can then escalate the issue with OR - what a crazy waste of their time. It would take minutes for OR to check Equip Logs.
