@Mrpud2u @SkyUK If I added up the number of hours Ive spent ******* about with the connection between the Q box & mini box and every time it goes down, it would add up to about a week of my life that I’ll never get back! Shocking considering the amount we pay for unreliable tech. 😲😡

@SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I am fed up of my broadband dropping! This is now a regular occurrence!! Numerous calls, following the steps, etc. and still no joy!!! And the amount I pay a month for the service is a joke!!!!

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. Things are not free anymore

@SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@SkyHelpTeam can you help? Gave notice yesterday to cancel my TV after 13 years. On the My Sky section I could get what we wanted for £81.50 but when I phoned up to discuss price and whether there was any scope for movement I was told no. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes - no internet at 7am this morning ran line test and advised no issues and that broadband was up and running again - reset the router and eventually internet came back but it has dropped out again in the last hour.
