    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

I am having broadband issues, where there seems to be an issue with connecting to the ***, when checking online. Then when I try and use online it says Sky are “experiencing problems” so it’s a worthless practice

    @SkyHelpTeam I would appreciate it if you could give me contact details to make a complaint about your helpline. The automation is horrendous and I'm afraid your Indian call centre staff are very difficult to understand and don't explain things well. I very nearly said just cancel everything.
