Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

@SkyUK I’m not happy with your price increases so called to cancel as I know my consumer rights. But Just had a lass blatantly lie to me saying I can’t leave. Then her manager said same and nothing I could do, so I demanded it was escalated and someone other than them ring 1/3.

@sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

Absolutely sick to death of Sky now !! Multiroom never works - broadband is always slow and mobile network is crap !!! @SkyHelpTeam get an engineer to my house ASAP to remove your kit !!!

@SkyHelpTeam But I wasn't given an explanation. I was told the price increases (for services I don't have) are because sky were the awarded best tech support provider (why that matters I've no idea) and he could offer me the opportunity to leave for free if I didn't like it.

@SkyHelpTeam I can safely say its been off all day!it's been reported! We've had text messages saying it's been resolved, we have had to book an appointment and neighbour who has sky broadband is having the same issue, & he's booked an appointment. Not good service
