@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

HELP! @SkyUK have had @paramountplus for the last year free through sky cinema. User details no longer recognised. Wasn’t getting the forgotten password emails. P+ sent a password reset on request but now it is saying I need to subscribe.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam sorry I deleted my previous @ with your advice but still having same issues. At home we keep having to turn off the WiFi on our phones to access tiktok, Instagram, twitter, bereal, and other websites. We've reset broadband and our phones. But no luck any ideas?
