    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam 15 days and still no broadband. Openreach how are you failing to send someone to fix this fault its absolutely ludicrous.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

    @Yaboijackery @NUFCJL @SkySports The owners carry the clubs name and act as the club. I don’t see a difference in the two. Liverpool club joined the super league and they are utterly reprehensible. I feel sorry for the fans that accept this but plenty are trying to deflect and pretend they aren’t as bad.

    @ChotaRashford @andrew87mccabe @SkySports It’s not as bad at all, we should fight against that UEFA format but this format would make the premier league and football as a whole completely pointless and removes competition, we must continue to remove these owners and change the format for the champions league

    @indykaila I still yet to see a problem with having a competitor for ufea! People moaned when bt sport came about and actually the product from Skysports has gotten miles better because of it!

    Week 3 with no broadband. @SkyUK continually fail to communicate updates or return calls as promised. Where’s you’d SLA with Openreach? And if I hear auto-compensation one more time 😡.... Customer of 8 years, not for much longer.......
