5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

@SkyUK you must have the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. We moved and u quoted a price for glass. We are now being charged£15 more per month. We have the call recording and raised 3 complains. Keep having to call and absolutely nothing is getting done.
