@SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

@SkyHelpTeam Puck suddenly asking for a pin for BBC One mid England/Sweden Euros penalty shoot out. I've never set up a pin and as I'm the only adult user of the device so why would I need to enter one? Had to switch to iPlayer!
