    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

    Nah are u actually taking the mick? Sky have been round 6 times in the last 2 yrs due to my internet connection dropping continuously on their part. It dropped again, someone came to fix it today & I get home to my internet NOT working? I’ve had enough @SkyUK sort yourselves out!

    @SkyHelpTeam am a sky customer, incl. super fast bb. Think I upgraded to Ultrafast bb and engineer visit seems to be planned for Thursday but to activate my bb?? The only thing I can see is that Boost has been added to my bill but no mention of Ultrafast. How do I check?
