    @SteveP1986 @SkyHelpTeam Made me laugh mate, managed to pause my Sky Sports on App. Tried to sort Broadband package and it wouldnt load as internet was to slow 😂😂

    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @Abi_Rimmer @SkyUK We get these calls 2 to 3 times a week usually at about 10 am. They seem to want us to go upstairs to our router and allow them access in some way. We just hang up.

    @JoelleUTV @SkySports Dumbo not 1 other driver had that problem, he said himself he tried something different therefore he ****** up therefore it was his fault and was dangerous therefore not harsh penalty in slightest

    @usernameladybee @Toks2020 @SkyUK If the customer doesn't want to have a DD set up, they can change their own payment method using their online account. Most companies these days offer DD OR recurring card payment. Very few allow for payment on receipt of invoice but some do.
