    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I was 'talking' to a virtual agent and it said I was going into a queue for a Loyalty expert. So the agent never has been there really. I suspect it might be because I want to cancel. And if nobody ever reponds I can't cancel. Cunning Sky, very cunning.

    @SkyUK I’ve a sim only plan with yourself that I’ve had for a month but I’m having major problems with the 4g? I can’t watch snap chat or Instagram stories and it takes forever to load anything? I’ve reset the settings but still no change?
