    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @anewark @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam They have been very unhelpful so far from the DMs I’ve received. No solution found yet but then they take half a day to reply to each message. Hope you get better luck

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    Has @SkySports started employing announcers with learning difficulties? Good for them if so, but if not, their latest voice is slow and cannot pronounce his words properly. Almost as annoying as #Vodafone girl’s voice!

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried to phone them yesterday but automated system wanted me to pay a bill as have a issue with my credit card as some payments don't get taken. I had same issue with Virgin aswell but still could speak to anyone
