    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @anewark @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam They have been very unhelpful so far from the DMs I’ve received. No solution found yet but then they take half a day to reply to each message. Hope you get better luck

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SportCoachingDS @SkySports DQs ???? Rain, red flags, safety cars, accidents etc can never be used as an excuse for affecting races. Every driver wins and loses in those situations. But taking out a main rival twice and profiteering to the maximum as a result is highly questionable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having problems downloading Sky on demand programs. Constantly getting “Failed, item unavailable” you got me to reset the DNS number to 8.8.8.8 and it started working again - but after 24 hours it’s back broken again. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Your broadband people didn’t show up yesterday because it was dark. Booked another appointment today and all day had texts and emails asking to book another appointment or you will cancel everything !!

    @Tigertone @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Tony. The engineer also did the DNS fix on our box, with a warning that it was only a temporary fix. He was right: shortly after, the fault returned.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to get assistance for my mum. There is diagnostic issue with her phone line. She’s been lying on floor since 4.15pm until after 8pm. She couldn’t raise alarm due to issue with her phone. I’ve logged a call remotely but she can’t be without phone.
