    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @NUFC360 @mrdanwalker @mrjakehumphrey is the only one who defends us, SkySports and the BBC are terrible. They don't even try to understand it from our point of view, they look at the table without watching games and think everything is fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve run all of those tests, which, always come back positive, but, the connection problems are intermittent, but, consistent. Nothing connection-wise has changed at home, so, the reason must be at the exchange. Thanks for coming back to me.
