I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

They called in December to tell you they can’t afford package and was pressured into an up sell. Now they are being told not to buy food but to pay your bills which you won’t let them cancel!

When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.
