    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

    @SkyHelpTeam that failed as its says can not be rebuilt in diskless mode. Turn off and restart, tried that - no different!!! HELP! 2/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam You can’t do anything. I raised a complaint a week ago. Emma (manager) was tasked to call me within 72 hours, she couldn’t even be bothered. If something happens to my brother sky will be held responsible

    @SkyHelpTeam, I contacted you yesterday regarding my replacement Sky Q box. I have just spoken to a DPD customer service adviser called Seth. He has informed me that the delivery has gone missing and I am due a refund or compensation. I explained you own the equipment. Help!!!
