@SkyUK disappointed at your attitude towards my parents who are pensioners. They called in December to tell you they can’t afford package and was pressured into an up sell. Now they are being told not to buy food but to pay your bills which you won’t let them cancel!

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam I was told it was guaranteed. You can try and spin it which ever way you like but you’ve misled customers. At least EE had the decency to tell customers. You only have to look on trust pilot to see what people think of your customer service
