    The @SkySports red button ‘coverage’ is absolutely shocking! One camera, no replays and a one absolutely appalling commentator. Makes iPlayer look like a premium service!

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

It’s a very poor substitute to being able to stream what you want under the thousands of WHOLE series available on ITVX e.g we are watching Doc Martin from the beginning as never see before but only get 2 progs a week atm! ITVX would be whole series on tap.

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife contacted Sky and explained the situation and was informed that due to an outage in our area they would not be able to run a diagnostic test and the app would not work either, I hope you have a great day.

    @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the engineer that installed my WiFi put the wiring in the wrong place. My neighbour is going nuts. I tried contacting Sky via WhatsApp and even offered to pay to have it redone but they have refused. It is a matter of moving a wire. Help??

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, recently had Sky Q installed, yesterday in fact, I have noticed some channels have a flaky connection to a satellite signal, my neighbour had similar issues a week or so ago with Sky Q too and it looks like she has had a power inserter fitted. Could I arrange an engineer ?

    @SkyUK Buggers my subscription has gone bloody up I was paying them cheeky gets £130 a month and never thought out about it until I worked out what I was paying for and they was charging me for all phone calls if I used my phone or not and charging me again if I made any swines!!🤬😡
