@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

@SkyHelpTeam trying to help my 93 year old uncle who lives 300+ miles away. Problem with sky box no TV. He's tried without success contacting you. I called but told can't deal with me. Gave his phone number. Promised call but not done. Housebound so reliant TV. Frustrating

@KieranMaguire It won’t help because the problem isn’t usually game times. The problem is extortionate prices for likes of sky, tnt sport and amazon. You might need them all to watch your team and the price adds up. @SkySports would never admit their prices are extortionate though.

@KieranMaguire I'm surprised anyone still pays so much for Sky. I'm not interested in the other channels so I subscribe to Now TV for Skysports only. If they abolish the 3pm blackout, they also need to get rid of the 12.30 kick offs which affect local football, kids matches etc

@SkyHelpTeam I've been overcharged on my recent broadband bill. I had 9 days of no service and have been charged for these days of no service and have then been charged an activation fee even though it was 9 days delayed! 😡 Tried but can't speak to anyone online..
