@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadband contract is due for renewal and i'd quite like the better deal thats on offer, everytime I try and do it online it just says it can't processed online at the moment. I also cant access the offers and upgrade help section. Any clues as to why?

@SkyHelpTeam How about you actually fix the issue? Most of us who work from home are absolutely messed up bed cause of your awful service. This isn’t even the first time, my internet often cuts out during the night with no explanation. Disgusting service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to a phone rep who told me there’s no outage and is sending me a new hub but considering the amount of people I’ve seen complaining about the same issue in the same DN7 area there is clearly a bigger problem.
