    @munty1980 @SkySports I'm not a Liverpool fan but they did the job before the lockdown pretty much its not their fault that all the other teams are so crap this season. Seems purely salty from other teams who want to make any excuse.

    @SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

    @SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

    @SkyHelpTeam @EllenNewman93 Hi JD, the cancellation team have been in touch and were helpful. The initial customer service who I called was awful. I passed on to them about the appalling service I received and they assured me they’ll look into it. Will be proceeding with cancellation however

    @SkyHelpTeam Well then there’s nothing to be done. Good intentions are great but sadly there’s no action and no result to be had. You’ve lost a customer. And it’s entirely because of @OpenreachHelp and the lack of any useful communication between you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still nothing. Have texted and called the engineer but no answer or reply. I was allocated an engineer (name and number for morning slot) but no updates since then. I use WiFi for my business - this is now a massive problem for me.

    @SkyHelpTeam It still refuses to work - why did you build the world's worst UI? I have many questions - why can I not use my own kit? Or deploy the router as a bridge? or use a 3rd party DNS like Quad9? It's 2021 - let us choose! I'll be taking my business to Plusnet or Zen.
