Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyUK how can I speak to a human about my bad broadband signal at home? I pay for boost or whatever it is but I can’t get a VPN to connect as the signal is almost nonexistent in parts of the phone. Just go round in circles on help pages, app and no phone number.
