    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Could've told me to get local sim in first few minutes but I waste money on 40 minute landline call. Shoddy service. You're still a ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again we are putting up with another outage..all my CCTV .. Alexa lights ..Internet and landline out ..I'm paying over £100 per month for this utter shambles of a service...are you going to compensate customers .. or are you expecting us to put up with it ?
