@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam just ran a test on my line, says there's no fault, but most websites are really slow to load up (on two PCs and an ipad) Lancashire. Cleared cookies, turned off/on again, not solving it. Independent speed checkers showing drop in speeds.
