@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@MisterGurd @SkyHelpTeam I’m 9 miles outside Warwick & all Sky Broadband users in the village are down. Router has an IP, can ping external, can do DNS lookup, just no web traffic, it’s like something is blocking HTTP/S. Reboots, resets and chanting positive mantras not worked so far, other providers ok

@SkyHelpTeam @waywardprince i’m just down the road in kenilworth and also have no internet. there absolutely is an issue, @skyhelpteam, and based on the tweets you’ve gotten this morning, you probably need to actually look into it and come up with something better than your standard ‘run a test’ answer.
