Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband for people having internet issues. It looks like dns issue. I manually set my dns to google dns which is 8.8.8.8. No internet issues now.
