    @SkyHelpTeam at the end of this month I will be cancelling my direct debit with yourselves and will ask you to end my contract of TV services as I will not be able to afford the luxury of all channels so rather than build up debt I shall no longer be able to.use that service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is rubbish at the moment I’m on sky fibre max and I get max 40 and it keeps dropping out. why am I paying for service that keeps dropping out and unrealiable. It’s all plugged in how it should be I don’t know what else I can do

    @munty1980 @SkySports I'm not a Liverpool fan but they did the job before the lockdown pretty much its not their fault that all the other teams are so crap this season. Seems purely salty from other teams who want to make any excuse.

    @FaxBrony @SkySports Totally agree with you, Liverpool have stormed this season and were never getting caught. Sheffield Utd have been amazing but would you not wanna be there when they both get their rewards, the whole scenario whatever happens is not going to be right.

    @SkyHelpTeam @borg091 Comes out and surprise surprise he cant fix it as its a external problem and he books a call with a outreach fibre specialist he turns up today to say that he cant fix it as its in the junction box so he has now booked a call for that to be done apparently contd

    @SkyHelpTeam still no internet and day 2 home schooling! Please reply and send an engineer to fix it! 2 hour waiting time on the phone last night. This is the worst week to have no internet - stuck at home, no Netflix, no kids you tube, no interactive learning! HELP!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

    Hang your head in shame @virginmedia leaving an elderly lady without a TV & telephone for 2 weeks, persistant lies engineers will attend and dont turn up!!!!! Disgrace Shes now gone to @SkyUK @skytv who were very helpful and all sorted within 30mins!!!

    @woddle1000 @SkyHelpTeam So then put it all in an email. If you’re wanting to make a complaint, you have to follow their complaint process or it won’t be dealt with. Also useful if you do happen to have basis - you wouldn’t be able to refer to the ombudsman if you fail to follow the process.
