@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam Shocking service yet again. woman I spoke to said that open reach will have to investigate with and will be in touch in 72hrs, now you lot are saying it was declined to go open reach and now we’re back at square 1, we have crap internet in our house, can’t even use wifi upstairs

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!
