I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. As others have advised, place an order with another company, even if you have no intention of leaving. Sky retentions will contact you, as at that point, they can treat you as a new customer and give you those deals.
