@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Q box need replacement, can’t raise a support live chat any more and your phone line is taking a very looong time to get through on. And the hold music is terrible low quality and fuzzy. Not exactly reassuring for a technology company!
