    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    Over eight years with @SkyUK broadband and no issues!! Switched over to @BT today…. AND CANCELLED TODAY!! Shocking service!! Straight back to Sky!!

    @SkyHelpTeam really not happy with the service I’m getting. Had TV installed in my house last Friday, had problems all weekend with not receiving channels, had an engineer come out to “fix” the issue. Still having same issues and have to wait over a week now for another engineer.

    @skytv @skyhelpteam I hate taking to Twitter but I'm infuriated that I spend £80+ pm with you and it seems impossible to book an engineer visit to fix my Sky+ box. There's no way to do this on the web site, when I call I wait + get cut off, and your 'virtual assistant is useless
