    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma - apparently no problem my area, it must be on premises etc etc. An engineer is now booked to attend on Monday. Hard reset done at router, literally nothing has changed to setup etc overnight but broadband has dropped between midnight and 5:30am.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason, thanks for the reply. I’ve looked at the article and I don’t really want to take the box out of eco mode as it will end up costing more. I’ve had the box since I joined sky in 2017 and this problem has only just occurred

    @niecormier @Informalytics @SkyHelpTeam Yes but they’re still not acknowledging it as an issue area it seems so instead trying to charge customers for engineer visits assuming it’s a local issue with their own kit / configuration.
