@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@SkySports Southgate has to take the blame for this. Got the tactics wrong. Poor substitutions at wrong times and then sent on cold players to take penalties, which all the pundits said was an error.
