    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am just want to look at cancelling as much of your services as possible. I realise as a loyal customer I am at the bottom of priorities, but a 70% increase in price is not viable.

    @SkyHelpTeam has there been any reports of problems with your DNS on your routers. Because I’ve had a lot of stupid faults on all my devices, I’ve had to change my DNS to make stuff work. And also not allowing us to change out DNS On the main router is wrong btw.

    @Johnath03607801 @SkySports Are you having a 🤬 laugh??? I almost died, I watched 2 man die and another died during the same night we all had covid , I was "lucky" I ONLY had covid pneumonia, it didnt effect most of my vital organs, it just left me with heart & lung problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam Certain apps totally not connected, and only changing dnd gets them back, and then had to do same to ps5, so there’s something not right. And before you ask I e reset, and reinstalled everything more than once. And weirdly, Amazon app, and worst Apple store totally fail

    @SkyUK I’ve left sky now prices were just to high for mediocre TV. Got Netflix and Disney plus and never looked back. Don’t miss it one bit!! And the quality of films is getting better and better!!!
