Fiona Jack (@fiona_j_7) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

-
Bobster (@BobsterDrumhead) reported from Hastings, EnglandThe difference in agendas is if @Arsenal had been 0-2 down & bagged a late winner in a cup match the usual @SkySports pundits would be lining up the ‘club in a rut’ cliches & the #ArtetaOut brigade firing up their Twitter accounts. Football reporting is just so tabloid
-
Gary Hunter (@_GaryHunter) reported from Hastings, EnglandDay 1 as a @SkyHelpTeam broadband customer and the appointment with @OpenreachHelp which was booked in January to connect our new fibre hasn't happened. #workingfromhomewithnobroadband
-
Gary Hardy (@hardy1473) reported from Eastbourne, England@JJFletcher7 @LANGAS1892 @andy_gurr Not true... Sky could cancel all live home games of Newcastle and reduce their payments..they have the right as it harms the name of SkySports. Its in the contract all clubs sign. Sky do NOT want to be broadcasting empty stadiums around the world, it hurts their business image.
-

-
Paddy Cody (@padstar7) reported from Hastings, England@endafjones25 @luckster39 @SkyUK I’m an existing customer and got the offer. However, it is false advertising. It clearly says £35 for HD on both. I managed to get 20% off HD for entertainment.
-
Gary (@GaryFitzakerley) reported from Eastbourne, England@SkyHelpTeam my Wi-Fi is so slow I’d be better off with a dial up connection
-
Mark Roxburgh (@markroxxy) reported from Seaford, England@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!
-

THFC AJC64 (@lighty64) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for 32 years and due to not agreeing with something they did last year when I got 2 mobiles I have decided to leave them. I thought my tv ended next week as well but I got caught out on another call in December (my bad for not reading terms) Gigaclear £27 pm
-
Colin Morty (@cmwba) reported@KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia I agree, every season is the same! Might as well have the reception from an empty baked bean tin! Inept service.
-
Countess Quilterdown. I marched. (@Quilterdown) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Technically, if your contract has ended then surely you are a "new" customer? It's something that winds me up - insurance, mobile phone etc. Contract ending then we should be treated as new customers to ensure we don't go somewhere else.
-
Paul Webster (@PaulRWebster) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky comes down Openreach fibre, like most other providers, so it is very easy to move elsewhere. They act like they have a monopoly on Broadband and TV, but the world has changed. They don't.
-
Chris🏴🇲🇹 (@NPcnLfc) reported@eurofootcom @SkySports My heads on ******* mars bro what ******** are we even doing @LFC
