@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

Literally 5 years with Sky and first ever problems I’ve had and their customer support is pointless and robotic. They don’t have a clue and go through the same troubleshooting guide all because they won’t pay an open reach engineer to look at the problem. @SkyHelpTeam
