@SkyHelpTeam There is an outage in TN38, but no sign of it acknowledged anywhere. My Sky Hub router homepage says broadband disconnected, some local shops reporting problems with payment machines, any idea what is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, last 3 days in a row now my sky q box has randomly reset itself. Just in middle of watching something and it turns of and resets, so have to wait a few mins then for it to come back on. Tried DM but it just asks repeatedly if I’m an existing customer 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Do you have any update on the New Series fail on the SkyQ box? Today's example: there are only 4 new series starting according to Home. And yet a quick search for The Good Fight shows the "Brand new series" starting next Thursday. Why is it not showing up?
