@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is Nathan. March 24 which is 37 days away & I might carry on if given a deal. This should make no difference in purchasing the amir Khan fight. On the phone they said IT problem but they were fobbing me off. It doesn’t bode well for me to have a change of heart on staying.

@SkyHelpTeam Matt - the only options that work on the page you shared are the phone option or posting a letter. Neither are very convenient. Messaging has been offline all day and the "Email Us" button doesn't email Sky - it links to a broken page.
