@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyHelpTeam Had an email from you saying to get in touch about a problem with my broadband order. The phone number just results in my being sent a text message with a generic link, and the text number had a reply saying messaging is currently closed.
