@SkyHelpTeam What around March ?? So no useful service till then. More to the point you are sending out a hub that you know is flawed to new customers who take out a contract in good faith . No choice but to make official complaint to Ofcom. It’s bad business practice & totally out of order !

@SkyHelpTeam I have it on good authority the hub is flawed and new equipment will not alter the issue. It’s a software issue at source. Sky made some improvements in November and nor since. So basically flawed equipment has been issued All customer services personnel have been made aware !
