@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I'll run the line checks, but I don't see the benefit in them, there's clearly a wider issue here and it feels like a waste of time running individual checks, and wasting your tech teams time on direct 1:1 support when they could be spending time fixing the clearly bigger issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Ironic timing as Sky goes down in large parts of the UK! No/limited internet in GU14 either. It's periodically up, but impossible to work with, pinging 1000ms instead of 20ms makes video conferencing and working over vpn in general impossible.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband connection down, followed all the online processes to attempt reconnection and then the SKY check comes back with you need an engineer. Earliest appointment available is next Thursday, that is truly awful service!
