So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m no network engineer or anything, but on my PC games that I’ve set up plrtforwarsing for to bypass the router firewall work fine, games that I haven’t don’t. Potentially a router firewall issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I never ever had an issue with BT broadband in over 30 months. Since having sky broadband over the past two months I'm sick of my kids on my case about loss of connection. Tonight is the final straw. Not good enough. I'm going back to BT
