So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam why can’t I watch the Utd vs Leeds game in UHD? The option is there to press red button and watch in uhd and recaps but only shows the recaps? Sick of net getting service that I pay for.

@SkyHelpTeam We don’t have a landline. When I ring yourselves I get told your aware of a problem and then get hung up on. I appreciate that you’re working on it. But surely there is@some form of timescale for the issue? So that I can make alternate plans for work?
