So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

As advised by @SkyHelpTeam I’m currently sat on a windowsill with my arm out of the window, using my one bar of @EE 3G signal, attempting to connect to the internet to find out why @SkyUK internet isn’t working. The irony is not lost on me here!
