    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it really reasonable for my dad to have waited over a week and a half for a "technical problem" to be resolved for him to become a Sky Q customer? He hasn't even been able to sign up for a setup date! Multiple failed call-back promises too.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m afraid I’ve tried that and it still doesn’t work. On demand only shows the first episode. What is the fix because as previously mentioned, I have the right subscription but no content.

    @SimonLenagan @SkySportsRL @SkySports I also think that the lead commentator with just Jon Wilkin could be the long awaited solution. Switch off ref's mic whilst ball is in play and switch it on (and listen to him) at selected times eg when disciplining players, when ball in not in play

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi…had so many issues with our sky Q, I got a replacement box 2dat. DPD guy demanded my old box & I accidentally in panic didn’t remove sky card. I have rung and ordered a replacement and I’m getting sent A REMOTE CONTROL.. WTF? They don’t even sound the same. Help!
