So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam We have 4 Alexis, a Hive, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime and Spotify that we pay for and cannot access. My children cannot access their homework online and I cannot attend my Zoom meetings without connection issues. It’s infuriating and embarassing

@SkyHelpTeam Basically we took out a 2nd contract in December. Waited several weeks for activation, still waiting for number to be ported so still paying 2 contracts. Kept having promises of timescales but are never honoured. Complaint ref 1952194247.
