    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam - No help from the Service desk on low internet connectivity in my house. The speed is very low, and all-sky is asking me is to get an additional package for a booster to get better speed. I am already on 150 Mbps plan and getting only 30mbps.

    @SkyUK Guess after 8 years that's a customer going. Sending an email out saying the broadband is going up £4 (15% roughly). Ask for a downgrade & get told I need to pay a £10 admin fee even tho it's in my new cooldown window! Never paid an admin fee in the 8 years! #ripoffBritain

    @SkyHelpTeam what's the issue with mobile ? All calls are dropping and having to dial several times to get a connection and inbound going straight to voicemail this is happening to all 3 of my sims so it's not a phone fault

    @tim_walpole @SkyUK They are awful. I dread each time I am out of contract negotiating with these guys. So time consuming and irritating in equal measure. Perhaps it is time to change.

    @SkyHelpTeam Like many consumers - I can’t afford these price rises! Yet if I want to cancel a package I’m told I can’t until the contract is up.I don’t see how this is at all fair.
