@claudelittner @SkyUK I despise Sky and the model they use. Just look at how difficult it is to cancel compared to Netflix or Prime as an example of how they operate. Will never have it again.

@claudelittner @SkyUK I rang them today as out of contract, only way i saved money was dropping movies n multiscreen. Great customer servoce to be fair though. If f1 coverage continues like last race, that will go too.

@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Same answer everytime they get challenged, we've added value, it's not good value to the customer if you break a contract with a price increase half way through, I'm pretty sure the customer couldn't let you know half way through the contract that were going to pay less!
