So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam I think the point here is there have been no updates? There needs to be more information available - It's now been down for over 12 hours, what caused it and when is it going to be resolved?
