So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

@ThePaulHerring @SkyHelpTeam Yes would be good to have an idea of what the issue is & how long roughly it’ll take to fix @SkyHelpTeam - it’s been down since at least 7pm. I’m WFH full time currently (ironically for Sky!) and I need to be online tomorrow morning.
