@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyHelpTeam The tests keep telling me I’m getting 79 mps which may be right at that time but the issue is that it drops out so often throughout the day now. Only started about a week ago but is far too common now.
