So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Look, not being rude but I’ve been with you years and travelled the globe - I know how to make the phone work abroad. Your service is simply non-existent. It was poor last week in France, data slower than in 1998, and it’s non-existent now!!

@SkyHelpTeam They are called Barden Network Engineers, they have offices in Truro and Gloucestershire I think? There isn't any local issues noted when checked on the link provided. But there's definitely no internet and landlines are effected aswell.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm sure you've been told this a trillion times.... your SkyQ is horrific. Constantly disconnects from the main box and takes about half an hour to sort the useless wps connection between boxes. About to smash your **** equipment up
