So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@atypical_boro @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK The price you agree at the time always goes up and up throughout the contract what they don't tell you is it is a one sided contract in favour of them they can increase the price at anytime they want but you can't cancel without penalty. Wont be renewing going to Bt TV.

@SkyHelpTeam beyond doubt among the most feeble and weak of broadband connections along with @virginmedia who are equally as useless. How is it fair that some people there are in work with a pattern of consistent failure while others struggle? Free market economics is total ****.

@SkyHelpTeam Tries all of these multiple times, as have all the people commenting on all the forums about the same issue. Clearly it is a hardware or software fault with the latest 1tb Q box. The question was, when will your tech team be fixing this significant problem?
