    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Aberdeenshire, the internet keeps cutting out much like the rest of the country. Any idea how long this will last and please for the love of god don't copy and paste the same we weren't aware of a wider issue message as you must be after all the messages today.
