    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apps via my Tv randomly go to a black screen, Disney +, YouTube etc - basically unable to watch anything via them - any help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

    @SkyHelpTeam currently away in Tenerife. 5 Sky mobile customers here all on different devices and contracts and not one is able to ring out. Roaming enabled nothing wrong with settings and the phone is a brick using your network.

    So, have not been able to access Sky Go recordings since yesterday morning. Luckily, because @SkyUK is a responsible service provider, it emailed its customers so they didn't waste their time trying to resolve it. I'm joking. @SkyUK hasn't said a word, even after 32 hours...
