@SkySports Win at all costs I destroying the game. Until managers condem this stuff it will never stop. Especially when @SkySports report it this way. JUST SAY WHAT IT IS FFS. CHEATING.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been calling your Mobile Tech Team every day for the last three weeks! Every time I am told that a “back end” team are dealing with the issue, but that it is not possible for me to speak directly to this team as they… wait for it… don’t use phones!!!

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking customer service. Someone has fraudulently cancelled my broadband by switching to talk talk. After calling sky twice it is still cancelling tomorrow. Can this be looked into asap.

@SkyHelpTeam But you aren’t directing me to where I can get further support. You keep directing back to a team who aren’t currently giving me any support. To get “further support” would require escalation, which by your own admission you are incapable of doing.

@SkyUK Can I point out how utterly woeful the support is from sky, multi room is not working on sky stream, using the laughable chatbot is a lesson in ineptitude and then a 30 min wait for call to be answered (this is after 2 hours last night). Utterly shambolic.
