So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports There's absolutely no way they wouldn't have known.... especially the way the seamers treat the ball. That's not to say they were involved in the decision to do it either (although I think they were).

@SkyUK @skyhelp @MoneyTelegraph I’ve been overcharged £65 on TV bill - Sky error not mine. Call out that was canceled. 15 mins tel call yesterday ended in me being cut off. Sent an email but no reply. What kind of customer service do we call that?
