@SkyUK my sky a box keeps saying no satellite signal when the box has been reset to factory settings and the SCR switched on as well. How do I solve this issue? Also why is my bill going from £73 a month to £79?

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate Sky workers get nice set hours to work, but would it be too much to ask to get your broadband service working outside of those hours. I’m fed up with it going offline every night in the early hours of the morning when needing to work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got Sky Q and can’t download skyon demand other ondemand services are ok. I’m on Bt fibre & only had this issue recently. I’ve tried all online suggestions which now mean I’ve lost all recordings and series links. It appears I’m not the only one with the issue
