@nukke741 @SkyHelpTeam During the last 'update' our neighbour had a medical emergency, we were unable to dial 999 using our home phone and I had to drive 15 mins to get a phone signal in order to get help. Someone IS GOING TO DIE because of these downtimes. Lucky a Defib was closer than a phone signal

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is apparently now with the order recovery team, who promised me a call on Thursday. I have still not been contacted. I have had a to call customer service several to ask for an update. At least three callbacks promised have not materialised.

@SkyUK Thankfully i cant have skyglass because my sky internet isnt upto it and Too slow im so Glad contract is up in november its all going Then , paying over £ 100 per month and that does not include any sports' football etc

On the 4/9 will be 2 months since I place an order with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband and still no connection due to @OpenreachHelp cabinet capacity issues this is the same as @virginmedia meaning I haven't a way of getting a broadband connection in Greater London anymore. Thanks
