@SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyUK worst mistake I ever made was to change to sky broadband. I know its lockdown but my god, the 'super fast' broadband is so bad, even after getting the booster it's still atrocious! And I have another 15 months of this 😔
