So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@GlobalSupport Hi have sent a DM but I am more thinking it a @SkyHelpTeam cproblem as I can connect no problem to your service on 4/5G and from another ISP but as soon as I reconnect to sky it disconnects and I tried reatarteling my internet and also sorts
