@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this and the support engineer said it needs BT intervention which he would arrange. He also said he would follow up yesterday. Asking me to go to your help section doesn’t really fix the problem as there is a physical issue with the hardware, according to sky support

@SkyHelpTeam I’m not wanting to reinstate service. I cannot afford to as my husband is very seriously poorly. I need to know how long it will be before the phone line is cut off and then freed up to try to move to another provider as we cannot be without a phone line.
