    @SkySports Win at all costs I destroying the game. Until managers condem this stuff it will never stop. Especially when @SkySports report it this way. JUST SAY WHAT IT IS FFS. CHEATING.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apps via my Tv randomly go to a black screen, Disney +, YouTube etc - basically unable to watch anything via them - any help?

    @SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    DO NOT USE @SkyUK !! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE INTERNET PROVIDER! CONSTANTLY CUTS OUT AND NOW THE BROADBAND IS DOWN! They said “it’s @WeAreOpenreach but they can’t get hold of them “ yet I got hold of them in one call before I called sky back 🤔 lies… #skybroadband

    @SkySports The desktop player is rather bad, frequent drops in quality, completely crashing. It's rather annoying considering users need to download it only for that function and it's a payed service with adverts. No other players do this, so it's not an issue on my end.

    @Primageographer @SkyUK @DPDgroup_news I do love a good sales drama like this. I don't know what you're remotely concerned about though as you have recorded the interactions. It may take a while to resolve the matter but that's customer service for you. Don't be losing sleep over it. Be amused at the incompetence.

    @ZahrahR_786 @SkyUK As soon as you know the last payment has been debited, ALWAYS cancel your DD for any cancelled service. Good luck going through the hoops to have it returned to your account.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your advice is appreciated. My housemate spoke to Sky today, and they said it's something to do with the device settings. However, this doesn't make much sense to me considering my device settings haven't recently changed; on top of others experiencing this issue in this thread.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s incorrect I did not use a tool I contacted openreach myself because I was not getting anywhere and explained the situation and they checked themselves and said they have looked and there are no issues on their behalf and to contact sky as their is nothing else they can do!
