So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@Fbg294 @SkyHelpTeam Their 4G service is actually an O2 issue. Sky use O2 coverage but I often struggle with 4G on a normal day & I live in a large town outside of London so not sure what their excuse is. Yeah it’s irritating as it was saying i had 79mb on the tests but it wasn’t acting like it!

@tweetertucker @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for letting me know it’s not just me! Even their 4G service has been sketchy the last 24 hours I I think there’s definitely a sky issue especially as we are meant to have ‘guaranteed wifi’ 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry this isn’t acceptable. You’ve outright lied frankly. Can’t put it in tweets due to character count? Can’t take a screenshot of what I say isn’t there? Can’t just type me the details. And then in pm I get a paid for number only. There are no cancel steps are there.
