    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi chloe, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We aso have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having internet issues since Sunday, no internet on Sky Q and wifi non existent on Phones. All tests on Sky app come back ok when clearly not! When will this be rectified?!

    @SkyUK Sorry, that link refers to Open reach customers from what you've suggested? I'm not familiar with how Sky talk works on the sky network. Is this reliant on Sky broadband or is it analogue, ie traditional? If so is this still possible with Full Fibre?

    @SkyUK So you have no plans to remove traditional landline phones? 10% is still 5.8 million customers. I'm all for it btw, as long as its reliability is the same or better than legacy tech. Problem is, it's not.
