    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    @SkyHelpTeam so my wife is watching a home and away episode, upstairs on mini q box plays but down stairs says don’t have hd subscription which we don’t but works on other box and it’s not recorded in HD. Please explain.

    @SkyHelpTeam omg your call centre is a joke!!! Takes ages to get through the stupid automated system as voice thing just doesn’t work and then the call centre operative is a rude man and why the hell I should have to deal with this after being with sky for going on 20 years.

    Normal awful service from @SkyUK No answer on phone for 30 mins, then 4 hour response rate on IM. Funny thing is that you can add to your Sky package without talking to anyone but those removing items are put through hell. They hope you will give up!

    What an utter rip off @SkyUK is. I have been a customer with them for over a decade. I try and downgrade my account to simplify my account, but they want £60- they can wait until March and I will cancel my account in its entirety- they have lost this customer. #racketeering

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel father-in-laws Sky TV, on phone for half an hour enduring hard sell tactics. Thank God he had me to talk on his behalf, feel sorry for elderly and vulnerable who have no one to help them. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia I did - no help there. Was sent to the customer service team, then technical team, now waiting for the customer service team again. I just need to know how long I have left in the contract before @SkyUK can buy me out.
