Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. Had to intervene & used cooling off period. A bed salesman also took advantage sold her a bed she couldn't afford. Vile people. Never buy anything on phone!

Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.
