    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

    If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

    Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

    @kevharv52 @SkyHelpTeam @SmurfStilts Whenever I've had a fault with equipment outside of the first year they've wanted to charge. And they have an extended warranty company contacting you straight after getting new equipment. Not sure why (other than accidental damage) anyone would need it if it's covered by sky
