@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Just want to make clear on here that I've spoken on the phone, and Sky have been extremely unsympathetic / unhelpful with the situation. Can only downgrade contract to essentials (£15), but loose all discounts when I reactivate 😢. Way to treat a customer of 8 years 🙄
