Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam hey! My Sky box randomly disconnected from my wifi last week and now won’t reconnect. No other devices have this problem. I’ve tried with the WPS button, manually putting the password in and also resetting both sky box and router. Still not working. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam No, just keeps buffering. No error message, just repeatedly asked to sign in at random occasions. I’ve reset router, re installed app. Everything was fine after Q install 6 myths ago. Now keeps buffering and sometimes have internet connection issues.
