Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@SkyUK in my 9 years have never had such issues. I've now spent nearly 3 weeks without my sky TV, got told I needed a new box to then chase it up 2 weeks later and be told its actually an engineer, then the phone cuts and tried 3 times to get hold of you to sort& nothing
