    @SkyHelpTeam hi not sure if you're the right account. But I've not had a dad signal for nearly 5 days. When I check service status the is an issue with a mast. Would be nice to have an ETA of when it will be fixed....

    @pdavis43 @SkySports Problem is without reviewing every single thing and having 300 cameras looking at every angle and decision throughout every match there's always going to be teams and players that get away with one, just lucky it was us this time, midweek it went against us & will again next week

    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Hedgewytch You don’t know what the absurd “admin fee” is for? They’ve tried fleecing re-contract customers for that for about 5 years. It somehow manages to be easily waived when you threaten to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam When your system is working - its working. Of course there are no issues. When it is down, I cannot communicate with twitter because the system is not working. I wish Service providers would be up front and tell their subscribers what is really going on and stop buck passing
