Different leagues need to offer different things. the generation growing up and the new base of the pyramid will need cajoling into it as time is so important to them. BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

Recently I discovered that she was still paying for the package including Sky Sports, which she had never watched once since he died. I rang Sky with her and they insisted she should give the 30 days notice to cancel it!
