He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

Same place!

PS (@steeleyp_) reported@mickyflan @SkyHelpTeam You would not keep your existing Sky package - it’s one or the other. If you get Glass, your existing subscription would be cancelled. Be wary though… Glass is very temperamental and suffers with a lot of bugs and issues. If you record TV shows, do not get Glass.

Pete Dodd (@petedefc) reported@SkyHelpTeam I have reset the router etc but it just keeps dropping out and then reconnecting a few minutes later. The my sky app says there are errors on our line. This has been 3 days now we're paying for a service so we expect the service.
