I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

Same place!

The connection test told me there was an ‘ongoing issue’ and I needed to call the helpline. Tried that, and despite it being 8:50am, it said your office was closed & opened at 7am.
