He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

Same place!

I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

Varyheart (@varyheart) reported@SkyHelpTeam The issue is 12 attempts to link the old mobile phone number with the account, and get a pac. And 12 sorry information not recognised and sorry unable to process at this time. The only thing easy about sky is how they take the bank account details.
