Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, EnglandWhat I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

It is Sky glass that is doing it, I believe they r working on it but many glass owners having it. A big thanks to you all for keeping me updated & the support
