    @SkyHelpTeam why do you offer boxsets with sky signature but fail to tell people that 90% of the boxsets are in HD which I don't have!

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, since last Saturday we’ve been having trouble with our main sky q box recordings. A programme will start recording and then one will fail due to technical fault and then I can’t record anything else until I reboot the box. Getting no hard disk error
