@handzia @SkyHelpTeam They do this every time there is an issue - deny it on the website, and vaguely mention it on twitter. @downrightnow is the only reliable source for when Sky is down

@SkyHelpTeam Most definitely time to switch provider. The service you provide is an absolute joke, I understand a glitch once in a while but there is not a month without an issue.....
