My tv Sky packages finish next week and 4 mobiles the same

If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

Adam (@AdamH_Ash) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancelled just this week for the same reason. More than doubled my tv package and broadband and the best they could offer me was ยฃ3 off. Horrible to deal with. Their retention team used to be ok now itโs gone down big time!

Squonk (@Squonk74) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I've just left Sky after 26 years. Renewal prices nowhere near good enough to keep me as a customer. Pisses me off that some people will get better offers but that seems to get decided by who you actually talk to and when!
