@SkyHelpTeam You’re missing the point again. I’m not reaching out. I’ve reached out 5 times before. You’ve sent 5 engineers and still endless problems. Remind me what I’m paying for again. Ps- I’m a platinum VIP customer: does that actually mean anything that is helpful to me as a customer?

@SkyUK Internet not working since last 2 weeks, @OpenreachHelp engineer was appointed, he mentioned an issue with router. Sky posted new router, issue is not sorted with the new one. No response on calls from @SkyUK, WFH has been massively impacted 😢pls hlp

@talktoBOI Never fell for scam before, this was on the real @SkySports help page. Was asked if I needed help on their own pages which I presumed was them trying to help me upgrade so I engaged. Your security flagged it before I did, stopped the transaction but they still have my details.
