@SkyHelpTeam I couldn’t see my recordings just the loading symbol nor could I record. Top of screen it said problem with hard drive. Followed instructions in help section which said reset but would lose all recordings. It’s working again after doing this..

@SkyHelpTeam Not right now as it eventually resolved by 2am, but it’s not the first time this happened. Last Thursday night, the internet also went down and I couldn’t use the Wi-Fi the entire night.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Fault in our line since December - both work from home. Over 20 calls, still not fixed. Been told ‘2-5 working days’ abt 5 times. Engineer no show 3x. Booking systems broken. Is this a prank? How can you be this bad?!
