@tombods_ @dcfctom89 @SkyHelpTeam Seems to be mate yeh. I tried on my phone and it wouldn’t load the sign in page but when I turned off Wi-fi and used mobile data it was fine. Hopefully it gets sorted soon 🤞🏼

@SkyUK and @DPDgroup_news currently my new phone is going to be delivered to an address that doesn’t exist yet. I’ve tried to change delivery address and Sky say contact DPD and DPD say contact Sky. Can one of you help me please!

@SkyHelpTeam I received an email to say “We've received a request from another provider to take over your phone line on 09/04/2021 as their customer is moving to your address.” I believe it to be spam as I am not moving house & noone is moving here - how’s best to resolve this?
