@SkyUK My hands are not up as you are useless and don’t care about your customers, 3 weeks to wait for broadband and still not sorted. Now got to wait another 2 weeks. Absolutely garbage customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi i have been speaking to sky on the phone and i advised there should have been no change to my package. Sky have removed parts of my package as my move of house. I even asked the anlayst to listen to the phone calls of which sky are not willing to help
