@SkyHelpTeam my dad wants me to help downgrade his package, but not sure I can phone on his behalf? I have spoken to Sky before with his permission. Unfotunately I cant get to him for him to give authorisation again.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s long overdue that early takers of Glass and a Puck are compensated due to the crap service. Why should I have to unplug the puck EVERY night to get 10 mins of itv hub before it gives a black screen. Wish I’d stayed with Sky Q
