@SkyHelpTeam so with the issue in Dunfermline I now a second issue, have you guys changed the hubs response to no Internet, as now its not allowing a local WiFi network either, all devices get sent to the "self help" so no speakers as they can't "sign in" to play local stuff

@SkyHelpTeam And now your agent has told me false information and so I'm back to square one! Is there ANYONE who is willing to help with this? All I'm wanting to do is take delivery of the new router but no-one is willing to change to pm delivery.

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t disconnected, the operator made it clear he didn’t want to talk to me when my wife put me on, then sighed and then put the phone down while I was talking. 45 minutes on the call with over half of it on hold. Absolutely shocking customer service

@SkyHelpTeam switched to superfast broadband today. Got home - no Internet or landline service! Now been on the phone for 13 mins & still haven't spoken to anyone! Was assured via DM that my current hub would work with the broadband. Clearly not. I am NOT happy!
