@SkyHelpTeam Yeh it does Ive managed to get the update 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 recovery methods but nothing. 1 day old sky Q box never did work. Managed to get a 2nd replacement being sent out. Another wasted day's holiday used to be home. Very inconvenient and still had to pay £50 for this 🙈

Constant dropping of my broadband for months now every few minutes on top of the outage a couple of weeks. Then 83 per month for the privilege. No one answers or can fix the issue. Your thoughts sky? @SkyUK

So pleased I don't pay for sky, their outage for one of the biggest quad series has been down for 30 minutes, practically missed the first half of the game. 6 minutes viewing time, absolutely ridiculous. @SkySports
