    @SkyUK I used your web chat service today to request an engineer to visit to move the WiFi installation, that the engineer said he would do FOC if he had to come back... I was told it would be ยฃ60. This was then waived... I was promised a call from an engineer to confirm....

    @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at ยฃ24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to ยฃ27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
