Kevin (@cahill29xs) reported@SkyHelpTeam internet down. Spoke to team via phone who’s sending an engineer earliest Monday. Been told would be reimbursed if I got internet in the mean time by other means (e.g. paying for WiFi hotspot). Who do I speak to to get reimbursed.
