As if the agent had switched it back on again but in fact SkySports is not available on my TV In addition the agent had told me he had cancelled the £4 safety service The screen had once shown both as cancelled but on my bill both are still there.

@SkyHelpTeam It 'was' incorrect but unfortunately after a while, errors become so commonplace they become 'not incorrect but less common (I guess you had to check that when I pointed it out) - rather like the mis-spelling 'ukelele' instead of 'ukulele'.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with Netflix through Sky Q? I can watch an episode of anything but it won’t load the next one past 76%. All other apps working fine. Also, when I try re-opening Netflix, I can still hear whatever Sky channel I was watching over the top of Netflix.
