@SkyUK So my signal completely disappeared yesterday. Called today and next engineer appt is a week today. Premium price and now double to wait time for an engineer. Not good enough Sky

@SkyHelpTeam The same as first picture above. Using the app it stated issues in my area, again as above. What I don't understand is I have sky boost and if there are known issues you are meant to text me and update me on when it will be fixed etc never got anything. So what am I paying for?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m on Sky Q. The app says no issues. But intermittently ITV will break on the sound. It will be between 5-10 minutes and just keep repeating of breaking on the sound.
