@ganderson0509 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I'm in the exact same boat. It's been on and off. Terrible service overall. I can't blame the staff which we deal with as usually they have limited information. But the company as a whole have let many down over these areas regarding keeping us informed with what's happening
