    Shocking service from @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam. My 80+yr old parents rely on their phone esp. during lockdown and you have blocked the account because YOU got their tariff wrong and didn’t apply Anytime Talk and are charging them to fix your mistake!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, that hasn’t helped. It’s been four days now that we’ve only been able to watch live tv. as the Sky Q box won’t connect. Have tried repeatedly to fix it. Fed up.
