    @SkyHelpTeam why do you offer boxsets with sky signature but fail to tell people that 90% of the boxsets are in HD which I don't have!

    @SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You're not getting my point! 3 were off, 1 was on. This has happened several times in the last few months. It's not on. I pay for that service and have complained several times about this same issue.

    @SkyUK So looking forward to cancelling my Sky Contract. Sky customer for over 20 years and I have been treated terribly. Overcharged by £28.50 per month since Sep for 5 months and still waiting on a 'Supervisor' to authorise the refund.
