    @SkyHelpTeam 11 days without broadband. Skyโ€™s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.

    @SkySports why is your stream on the sports+ app so bloody awful? It freezes, the picture goes & itโ€™s always behind real time. We pay bloody good money for this rubbish. No wonder people us a firestick
