    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, is it true that customers aren’t allowed to cancel their SKY TV contract for a cancellation fee? If so, it seems you’ve got different rules from what is stated online, to what has been told over the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky Q customer with multiroom and I am looking to purchase the Tyson Fury fight on BT box office. My question is that if I purchase this using my sky remote, will I be able to watch this on any of my mini boxes or just on the main Sky Q box?

    Once again @SkyUK broadband is down in Ardrossan. Recovering intermittently to provide a massive 0.2Mbps download connection. And to add insult to injury the online test from @SkyHelpTeam tells me that everything is fine. I am so fed up with this.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam just wondering what the point of booking a 5 hour morning time slot is? Called the help desk to be told I may get a call from your engineer in about half hr/ an hr with an update - but can’t give me an eta….. good job I’m not busy 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, am a sky tv and mobile member and trying to sign up for broadband/phone but your sales guy is saying its not available to me(even tho I currently have these services via BT!) Can someone help please?
