@virginmedia I’ve cancelled the installation and went with @SkyUK instead. After ‘booking’ an engineer for a ‘third’ time they didn’t turn up. When I called I was told again that I needed permission from the ‘owner’. I’m the owner. Get fed up with going round in circles. Shocking service

Anyone know why @SkyUK network has been so poor in recent weeks. Technical fault with this channel but is same for every channel. Sick and tired of this issue all the time. They fix it for 2 days and then happens again. Money well spent

@SkyHelpTeam My parents tried this number and steps. Passed from pillar to post. Denied to be put on complaints. Hung up on. I find it hard to believe you can even begin to understand unless you are a customer yourself? Then yeah, you probably can see how frustrating this is.
