    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay for HD. Since the 1st on June, it has not worked & asks me to upgrade to it. I’ve checked my bill, I’ve been charged & pay for it. My bill has already gone up massively so I do expect to receive the services I’ve paid for. Can you help?
