@SkyHelpTeam There was apparently a local issue, which was solved on Thursday, and separate to our issue. But now there's an Open Reach issue so no engineer. Either way I have been without broadband for 3 days and no idea when it'll be back online.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m onto the help desk now, followed the trouble shooting guide and tried doing a software update and it’s stuck on the blue screen still, orange light and the Q is lighting up and fading out

@SkyHelpTeam If this issue of the bill is not resolved, I will taking the matter to the ombudsman. When I go to buy petrol there is a clear definition for unleaded and super unleaded. There is no clear definition from you on the difference between international and higher rate international
