@SkyHelpTeam Hi! My online account currently states that I’m paying for HD and Ultra HD, yet if we select anything showing in Ultra HD it tells us that we need to upgrade?! Any help much appreciated! We’ve just paid for the boxing tonight so would be keen to resolve by then!
