    @SkyHelpTeam why do you offer boxsets with sky signature but fail to tell people that 90% of the boxsets are in HD which I don't have!

    @SkyHelpTeam Any update on this??? Broadband has been down pretty much all day!! Great way to justify the annual price rise which will no doubt follow in a couple of days 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Very poor service since upgrading a month ago & paying extra for boost (doesn't work either). Connectivity has been permanently hit & miss, disgruntled wife & kids having to use 4g.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I appear to have a slow and intermittent broadband connection. My mum in same street having same issues. Gradually worse as day gone on. Can't acees check my broadband page on app either. Does not exist apparently.

    @nicurro @SkyHelpTeam It’s unlikely to be you local Sky Q kit. More likely core network infrastructure upgrades in their datacenters like software or hardware upgrades. Always creates instability if migrations are not tested.
