@SkyHelpTeam the amount of times my sky broadband WiFi and sky q mini boxes go down and have problems finding connectivity with the sky q box /network problems etc is ludicrous lately! Nothing but issues since the last engineer came out! Not a happy sky customer!

@1892jd @HackedOffStu @SkySports Rafa clearly a better manager, but Bruce has kept you on par with his points tally/league finish, with Wilson+ASM instead of Rondon, otherwise as you say, it’s basically the same team. Is that so bad?

@bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam have a BT Open Reach engineer coming out tomorrow, after I called Sky's Scottish call center at 8am today. Help with UK connectivity issues, outside UK operating times, are terrible. Please work harder to communicate between yourselves. Sky uses YOUR lines. Thnx

@SkyHelpTeam You have still not fixed the outage with the internet in our area and the lack of communication has been unacceptable. Explain how you will be compensating customers for this lack of service and when you will again be providing the service you are paid for.
