    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv been sat at the computer waiting for one of your "experts" to become available to send me a message all day. This service closes at 19:30 by which time I'll have sat waiting for over 6 hours. Totally unacceptable, shocking service 😡😡😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box is connecting very slowly to On Demand/internet required apps like Netflix, Amazon etc. It's not our wifi - it's 300mbps down and 40mbps up - and all other devices are fine. The Sky Q box has been temperamental for weeks. Can you help please? Thanks
