Been on to @SkyUK because our package is jumping up to £91 a month from £77. They managed to get it down a whopping £1 a month to £76. So yeah will be canceling when contract is up in June.

@SkyHelpTeam I am in need of some help and cannot seem to speak to someone about my bill. It’s very frustrating especially when the customer service agents seem to be reading off of a card and are very limited to what they can actually do. PLEASE HELP!

@ToughAndReddy @SkyHelpTeam Im with hyperoptic too!! I tried Sky Go at my parents (vodafone broadband) and it works It’s weird cos my bbc app still works, and that won’t work abroad!! This is why I assumed was a Sky issue… I will contact hyperoptic and see what they say Thanks for your help

@SkyHelpTeam You will not give any help to me as I am not on a contract, that's why you charge me £106 p/m for B/B S/Ssports and signature pkg. If I was jailed into a contract for 18mths I could get it for around £70 p/m.
