45 mins on the phone to Sky on the 29th Sept. Changing addresses, ordering new TV package and booking fibre installation for TODAY. Ring today to check engineer was still coming and none of the above had been done. What ********, @SkyUK?! Shocking service. ******* ridiculous.

@SkyHelpTeam When I run the test it says there's an outage in my area, that you're working on it and that these things take a couple of hours. Nothing about engineers. It gives a link to service status page which tells me what I told you in the last post, known issue etc

@SkyHelpTeam is there an update on the Internet outage in Edinburgh? It's been out since last night and I'm a home worker who hasn't been able to work at all today. There's also no available information about the nature of the problem.
