@SkyHelpTeam I’m also a very unsatisfied customer. Wi-Fi keeps dropping out.On the box the internet has an orange light. I switch the box off and leave it and start back up, gives me internet for about 10-20 mins only for the same thing to happen again. Over £100 a month for this!!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm sick of paying over £1200 a year only to have all my UHD recordings either fail through sound cutting out or vision. If you can't fix it I'm gone. Ridiculous price for this kind of quality. Years of loyal service from us but not repayed. Will call tomorrow
