@SkyHelpTeam Really poor experience, got a Sky VIP email offering me a Sky Cinema deal, I sign up for it and find out I’m not getting the offer I signed up for. Contact yourselves and told they have no record of that deal…really bad customer experience.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Emma, I rang immediately to report the problem on 12/04/22 but was told to contact BT as they manage the telegraph pole which had been knocked over!! Sky are only offering compensation from 04/05/22 even though I tried to report it on 12th April but this wasn’t recorded!😡

@SkyHelpTeam During a brief moment of connectivity it claims everything is fine. But I can’t run the test from my end when it’s down so it’s a pointless exercise. It is NOT a problem on our end
