@SkyHelpTeam could someone help me with my broadband, the download speed is good at 34mb/s but my upload speed is only 0.7mb/s, normally it’s between 7 and 8 mb/s, not sure why it’s sudden dropped so low but it’s making video calls and gaming impossible

@SkyHelpTeam It NEVER works. For example today i was sat in a car park where I supposedly had full bars and 4G but NOTHING would load, at all asif there was no data at all. Spotify always takes stupidly long to work too and i am sick of it

@SkyHelpTeam Tried them methods and they don’t work. It’s issues in the local area at work as too many people are trying to use their data at the same time and a mast is down in my area.
