@SkyHelpTeam why can new customers get broadband for average £20/month but you want to charge me,a customer for years £35/month.We may aswell cancel and apply in my partners name which makes work for me and you. Seems stupid

So it's been 2 weeks since my parents internet dropped and @SkyHelpTeam have not yet resolved the issue. They're being strung along and fobbed off which, as customers for 23 years and, it's frankly disgraceful and disgusting that their custom is being taken for granted
