@SkyHelpTeam I think it's an advert issue as I've found a show that works (Run S1 episode 1) but The White Lotus S1 episode 2 is just loading ads forever, sometimes it says "Advert 1 of 5" and sometimes it says "Advert 2 of 5"

@SkyHelpTeam please can you give me a phone number of how to speak to a uk call centre who can help me with clear information on how to reduce my package! I have just spent 13 mins on a call to someone (not uk based) and I am absolutely shocked at the service received.

@Erik1OHag @SkyHelpTeam Sadly loyalty means nothing. I’m a VIP customer of 22 years but don’t recall seeing any special deals for me. A work colleague has just been offered the same tv package as me for less than what I pay because he is a new customer.
