@SkyHelpTeam it appears that broadband is down again. We have all 3 green lights on our hub but no wifi connection. Also heard from others around #Cornwall that theirs is down too.

Frustration today with @SkyUK - their provision and customer service for those of us in rural locations is just pitiful. Just been told to call back within a week and they’ll see what they can do. This after being on hold/passed from pillar to post for 30 minutes.
