    @Mark996 @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach You won’t be paying for the FTTP if your service isn’t active so you’re either telling porkies or you are paying for your old connection in which case you still have internet so life isn’t that bad is it, just go with the flow and chill out Marky

    @ItsKittiwake @SkyHelpTeam By the looks of things when you say “work that needs submitting” what you actually mean is you need to log in and do your evening on a cam site dont you. Also funny that you are going to cancel your service and have no internet for about 2 weeks because you had an outage
