@SkyHelpTeam I am currently roaming in Malta. Since we arrived in 27/8/21 I have been unable to dial local maltese numbers /or uk numbers (unless in my contacts list), and now have no network access at all. Reported on 30/8 and still not resolved. No-one calls back. Pls help!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Apparently there’s a problem with my broadband (not surprised anymore) and it shows on the website there’s an outage in my area. Any ETA when it’s gonna be up or any updates? Ridiculous how often your internet messes up tbh.

@SkyUK absolute joke of a company! Told to stay in for an engineer, for no one to show up! Spoken to customer service named Thomas, to be told he cannot put us through to a supervisor as there is no reason to! SHOCKING company! Mum has taken a days holiday, joke!
