@SkyHelpTeam hi, our sky q box has started making loud noises and will not turn on with the remote or on the box so I have to turn it off at the wall and reset every time. It has issues connecting to our broadband which I have reported before. Please send a replacement q box

@SkyHelpTeam You claim that the situation has been resolved in Yorkshire regarding broadband but it only worked for 3 hours and now I've had no internet for over 9 hours as well as not having it for 24+hrs before the "fix".
