@SkyHelpTeam When accepting your deal I was not informed that the broadband is on and off. This is ridiculous. No other broadband is as bad as this. This has been happening for 2 months now

@SkyHelpTeam Due to the pandemic we run two businesses from home. Time is money and I can’t lose days each time your service plays up so you need to report back that we’re off to another provider. To have this in Central London (WC1) is completely unacceptable. Shockingly bad service.

@SkyUK I have had on going issues with my broadband over 18 months. This week I have asked to speak with a manager about my compliant. I’ve had one miss their appointment and another to busy to call. The service has been terrible.
