@SkyHelpTeam so many people having issues with their Internet in the DY area for over 12 hours it's clearly a bigger problem that we can't solve ourselves by unplugging our router so when is it going to be fixed?!😡

@SkyHelpTeam Well I have tried this but it says there are no known issues but I think it’s pretty obvious from the messages on here that there is! I’ve also received a text saying the issue is resolved but it isn’t!! I am currently waiting to do an exam so this is not good enough I’m afraid!
