@SkyHelpTeam Yes my SKY Q box. I come down to download my recordings to my iPad and my connection to my WiFi has been disconnected on the settings page on the SKY Q menu. My WiFi hub however and over devices are connected to WiFi. It’s your bloody updates

On @Trustpilot 82% rate @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK as poor , I’m surprised it’s as low as that the worst company in the UK for customer service and with real competition from some, that’s amazing , can never speak to a human , when will they learn

So annoyed with @TalkTalk. Having recently resolved an issue with the line and paying for superfast broadband but only getting equivalent of standard, i now continue to get an ipc67 fault when trying to watch skysports channels.
