Loyal customer for 21 years , no issues whatsoever , cancel my service last week and ever since cancelling, Sky Q box constantly locks up and HDD keeps losing recordings , coincidence ??🤔🤔 @SkyUK , not happy.

@SkyHelpTeam hi team.. this is a weird issue but I’ve noticed recently that live broadcasts have started juddering when subtitles are on. Switch them off and the pictures fine. It’s a small but noticeable issue. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam OK thanks. It's been off since last Friday. What are my rights in terms of cancelling? As the fault is one thing but the customer service has been atrocious. Quick look on twitter shows its hardly a individual opinion.

@SkyHelpTeam Since I got their super new router, I have to follow this advice at least once a week. Sky are probably proud their instructions work. I’m just irritated that I need to use them so often, especially when the cut out means I lose work.
