I think Amazon should stick to the day job. What a waste of time and money trying to watch football tonight. Freezing - dropping out - no signal. Stick to the day job Amazon - leave the footie to the big boys for Boxing Day #SkySports #BT

@SkyHelpTeam I’ll leave it I’ve got my mobile account with you that’s fine, but if you can’t have a facility where a customer can change and update details on line then I’ll leave it as it is I’ll get my tv viewing elsewhere

@carter_boy81 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Sky told me today that BBC wa to blame for all my recording not recording cos they changed the channel. I pay sky for the viewing platform and the ability to record. WTF do they actually do then? All criminals

@SkyHelpTeam I’m getting really miffed at the fact I’m never getting my guaranteed min speed of 400mbps! What’s the point of saying that’s the min speed if I hardly ever get that? Paying extra for “faster speeds” that I rarely get!

@SkyHelpTeam Terrible business model which won’t last much longer. £100 a month, more price rises, poor customer service. Launched SKY stream-watch TV thru WiFi (as though its a new thing) charge an extra £200 a year to watch exactly the same channels 🤡 And I’ve been a customer for 20 years
