@SkyHelpTeam it appears that broadband is down again. We have all 3 green lights on our hub but no wifi connection. Also heard from others around #Cornwall that theirs is down too.

@SkyHelpTeam Stop sending stock replies has i keep telling you that's not customer service. Theyll tell me turn it on.and off, no issue that they can see etc etc. Engineer out the other week to replace a box. It really is SHITE.
