@lc_hastings @SkyHelpTeam Gosh I imagine you’d be able to get the fault resolved so much quicker with your vast network engineering experience? Also you do realise that a refund for 12 hours of internet and Multiscreen being off would amount to about 75p? Get a grip

I have PTSD & can only watch certain things - Sometimes Peppa Pig is a challenge - It shouldn’t matter my circumstances if I am PAYING for a service that is not working then I have a right to ask WHY! Go enjoy yourself outside… I can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam as quoted on ur online complaints procedure “If we’re unable to resolve your complaint while you’re on the line, we’ll tell you how long we expect a resolution to take, and agree when and how we’ll keep you updated” I’ve yet to be given a timeframe or be kept updated

@matty658 @SkyHelpTeam Openreach don’t provide that information to any service provider, and most of the time outages are resolved before any of that information can even reach customers so basically you need to get a grip and accept it’ll be fixed when its fixed
