@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. The number I found asks me what my issues are, runs a line test and a router test then says I need to talk to someone, but when I was put through I got a recorded message saying the offices are closed until tomorrow.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, is there any chance of actually speaking to someone on the phone rather than a message to try online help? Constant issues with broadband, 3 engineer's have been out and still not resolved!! £60 a month for a service I cant use is not good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam Got a new Sky+HD box from you on 14th November as per account. Been nothing but trouble. No matter how I reset it, planner rebuild, hard reset, replace software, reset router, in a couple of days it won’t start properly, planner won’t open etc. Want a replacement.
