@SkyHelpTeam @MarcSaville Thanks for the helpful link - that hasn’t been updated since 18-30 yesterday. My sky internet is still down - a refresh / update of your link info would be useful . Then all of your paying customers would know you actually care and are still trying to fix the problem you have!!
