Here @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam , I dealt with one of your call centre guys down in Wales called Kuchi today. Guy was a legend. Went over and above to sort me out and save me money even though I’m sure I was a massive pain in his arse. Recognise this legend please.

@SkyHelpTeam my Mum has been trying to renew her contract with you for about 4 weeks. She has called 6 x was finally offered a deal but now been told she can’t have that deal and the new one is £5 more a month. She has been promised call backs but nothing…awful customer service

@SkyHelpTeam No, found out from FB that BT has gone down in my area. 🤷🏻. All 4 LED’s look like they are on but that’s something to do with my iPhone camera probably lighting them up with the IR sensor.
