@SkyUK For leaving an existing customer without any internet for 6 weeks during lockdown and christmas, you gave us £20 compensation. That barely even covers the cost of one day of your recommendation of "go and find a local cafe and use their WiFi". Absolute crooks.

@SkyUK hey sky my Internet was meant to be upgraded to the fibre I have received the text saying it been completed but I still have no WiFi and on my sky q hub it only has to lights we have tried to reset but to no anvil any help?

@SkyHelpTeam Nobody has turned up to fix it. My phone number was taken to keep me updated and I have heard nothing. I saved up all year to buy my little boy a computer as he's had a tough time of it and now he won't be able to use it on Christmas day 😥
