@virginmedia wow talking to your customer service team on WhatsApp and they are lying about prices for new customers that are available to view on the website. And then threatened to put my bill up when I questioned it. Fantastic, @SkyUK how’s your customer service?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I accept that but how about rewarding your customer base?! Not happy with the increase in charges. Cant say your service has improved or warrants it!

  • esarty Esarty (@esarty) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Over the course of about 2 hrs wasted on the phone I was advised to wait 2 weeks to see if it improved, then told it wouldn’t improve, then told I’d been put on a 6Mbps service without being told, but charged for 60+Mbps. If I hadn’t pushed I’d still be in the dark in 2 weeks.

  • BlackCountryBob Black Country Bob (@BlackCountryBob) reported

@SkyHelpTeam That goes around in circles telling me I’m an existing customer! I know that!
