@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

I’ve had ‘superfast’ broadband with @sky since September. Fastest speed I’ve EVER Got is 9 mb/s!! I call regularly and had several engineer appointments.. NO ONE HAS EVER TURNED UP.. yet I still pay.. @SkyHelpTeam please help #Workfromhome #slowSkyBroadband
