    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    Really annoying issues with my broadband again this morning. Doing the sky test connection shows everything fine even though the router has one Amber light showing and I couldn't connect to it from my phone so not sure how it is showing fine on the test connection? @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that. Speeds are always as they’re meant to be but everything lags. How can your ‘fastest’ internet be this bad? i can’t enjoy a game cos I’m watching it freeze all the time cos of your internet. I always say this to you and you say the same thing. Never gets sorted
