    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

Worst part for me is paying extra for multiroom and sky go and both of them being absolutely atrocious. And why does 4K cost more? It's there just give it to me!

    Nevermind @netflix I'm canceling @skytv @SkyUK my subs has gone from £18 to £27 in the last couple of months. Barely a warning and no additional services. Gaw'd awful customer service, no easy means of canceling. Should have done it years ago.

    @BigShrugger @SkyHelpTeam Some of my current offers run just past this renewal, so just working out what I can do. It’s gets more tempting to pay the contract up — which isn’t cheap monthly! — rather than hang round. Big brands used to reward loyalty. Mad.

    @maverick99sback @SkyHelpTeam It’s basically a price gouging tactic. It’s like having to pay for Broadband boost to ensure you have good Wi-Fi throughout your house. Shouldn’t you just have that as part of the service for goodness sake?
