    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam our internet was painfully slow for most of yesterday and has barely worked at all today. Tried resetting the router a few times which usually does the trick but not today.

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkySports I don't see what the problem is. It doesn't affect domestic games, it just means that 20 clubs don't want to play in a UEFA euro comp. It'll give an extra 20 places for the smaller teams to play in the CL. Lots of faux outrage from people who don't understand what's happening.

    Only way to fight the #SuperLeague is to hit them in the wallet. Cancel sports subscriptions to whoever claims the rights to show the matches. Make it untenable for any broadcaster to pay for the superleague. Let @SkySports @btsportfootball and their global peers know.

Like the only reason a club like Arsenal is struggling is because the Owner is retar*ed, if he wants he can easily finish top 6 just like any of the other five can, so again what's the problem.

    @SkySports I'm assuming that @skysports & @btsport will not be entering a bidding war to show this crap if it goes ahead? The only way that this doesn't happen if tv companies refuse to screen, fans refuse to attend etc but will that happen? Sadly, I don't think so

    Also sack off @SkySports @btsport and give me a subscription service like Netflix/Amazon for watching football. It's what Australia, Canada, US already have, but not here in the UK.

    That’s the second day waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to come and fix the internet only for them to not show and receiving no warning or explanation. Not normally one to complain on Twitter but I’m literally siphoning off money here to @SkyHelpTeam.
