@SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

@SkyHelpTeam Yes my SKY Q box. I come down to download my recordings to my iPad and my connection to my WiFi has been disconnected on the settings page on the SKY Q menu. My WiFi hub however and over devices are connected to WiFi. It’s your bloody updates

So annoyed with @TalkTalk. Having recently resolved an issue with the line and paying for superfast broadband but only getting equivalent of standard, i now continue to get an ipc67 fault when trying to watch skysports channels.
