@SkyHelpTeam yet again I have no Internet!! Its been intermittent all week on and off and continues to disrupt. I need access to the Internet I home educate my child. My eldest daughter's job is online. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

@GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

@virginmedia Honestly, the state of it this year, we should never have changed from @SkyUK - Sky, do you have any deals on for TV and broadband provision that are less expensive than Virgin so I can convince the household to swap over please?
