    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to sort out payment on a outstanding bill to u now I can't phone I can't use u and sky tv has been turn off so I can't use that either I can't remember password to sky account email that I've given u I can't use that phone as it broken

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    Today’s @SkyHelpTeam issue - I have to ring you because you’ve stolen money out of my account for a cancelled service, and plan to do so again for unreturned equipment when YOU HAVEN’T sent packaging as expressly promised.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried this and it says "no known issues in my area" and then "we cannot find your hub".. which you won't, because I do not use a Sky hub/router. I use my own. But i can assure you my network is fine. Working great using my router backup connection (4G)

    @SkyHelpTeam And wait on hold for 3 days? For £120 a month I expect my sky to work all the time. My area gets little rain, but when it rains my signal dies. Can you imagine if I stopped working every time it rained? I wouldn’t get paid.

    @SkyUK A week tomorrow since I had internet, shockingly bad service from @BTOpenreach1 and nobody from sky seems to be bothered either, nearly a £100 a month for my whole package to get this type of service

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't do a test on a network that works for 10 seconds every 2 minutes and I'm not even kidding I typed this earlier and waited for the WiFi to come back on to send it

    @SkyHelpTeam my Internet is running really bad for the past few weeks now, it won't even load mobile games up on phones it has to be switched to mobile data and I have used 80% of data so far because of this

    @SkyHelpTeam This is not going to work for me, as I do not use a SkyQ router, I use my own. But the issue is not the internal network, the issue is the connection coming into the property.. and neighbours are having the same issue. It was on the news you had issues?
