    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam If you look at my account, all the info I have given to the sky should be document there. They technician tried to refresh the apps to see if it would help. He didn’t know what the error code meant. Unfortunately this didn’t resolve the matter.

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone line has been dead for nearly a week. I can’t get through on the phone or on line to fix it. When I ring I just get cut off and a ‘bot’ texts me but can’t resolve anything! I appreciate Covid has reduced services but this is getting ridiculous.
