    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @AnthonyMorl @SkySports If he was getting chances i would agree. People moan when he drops deep because he’s not getting service then they moan when he doesn’t. He needs better service as we saw yesterday first real bit of service into the box and a goal.

    @kyleHug36956591 @SkySports Hardly anything? Our keeper was our best player. The 3 CBs did well and look a decent unit. Shaw had a good 2nd half. Trippier was perhaps our worst player. But at the end of the day Muller missed and Pickford made a couple of great saves at key times.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Your teams not working in the background though because they wont chase Openreach until the date they gave them. You've been telling me the same thing since the 16th. Totally unacceptable service. Plus the cheek to charge £10 activation fee... FOR WHAT??

    @SkySports Sterling scored yet kept running into players, making poor decisions done it every game and one terrible mistake that should of conceded a goal. Take his goal away and worst of pitch. It's so baffling this is why he's so frustrating lol
