    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes , the speeds are awful phoned up twice but they do not seem bothered for reference I have the flat style box witch I believe is model 3.0 but you have had the 4.1 model out for some time its a shame that the newest one didn't get sent out too me to be honest

    @SkyUK thought I was a VIP customer- Sky seem not to think that way. Slow BB speeds to the point where I can’t get work done. Tried online VIP no luck. Tried calling them got cut off with no call back. Then called again and promised a response but that was 4 days ago. Laughably
