    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam No. Not interested... have called in so many times. Explained my problem so many times. Last time I called I even got told to don’t supply my broadband!! I’m not going through the mental torture again. Sky SHOULD keep promises and so what they say.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried that- think the issue is the PON light is flashing green which we were told should be solid green to work. They said this would stop flashing within 72hrs but hasn’t yet
