@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

Time to cancel our @skysports subscription. Other providers are around 50% cheaper. I’m not interested in soccer. Rugby league won’t happen this year and everything else I watch is on @eurosport. Anyone got a referral code from a different provider so you get something back?

@SkyHelpTeam Can confirm. Can make calls but have no internet connection. Rebooted all the equipment and tried out spare router - issue isn’t my end.

Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

We've had no broadband since 10pm Saturday 9th Jan. Sky have done absolutely nothing to update us/give us a short term solution etc. It's appalling. How is anyone supposed to work from home in the middle of a lockdown with no broadband/help from provider @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
