    @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @SkyHelpTeam 8 calls and all been disconnected is just not acceptable. Was on a call and on hold for. NEarly an HOUR! Why is it so difficult to get my issues resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive just moved into a property and I'm receiving marketing material for the previous owner who has since passed away. I need to update the marketing preferences agains the property to not receive these but nobody seems to be able to help? Can you get in touch plz

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done all of that.... Internet was not working last night so had to use phone data to try all of these things. It wasn't just mine either. Its back on now but getting fed up with how many times it cuts out now

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that, your CA advisor told me the only way to address was to pay an extra £5 per month to get guaranteed service through the house. I am already paying £90 per month for TV and Broadband, Im not paying more for a service I am already paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam The live chat is no use either. I have poor sky mobile reception and calling you is an issue. How can I speak to someone to help with my issues with the 2 accounts that have been set up.

    @tokuiwnl @SkyHelpTeam basically it’s meant to send internet signals through your electricity. the brand doesn’t matter it’s the same thing as always but depending on the product it has a certain capacity of how much internet signal amount it can send for example like a certain about of mbps, pt1
