@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

@OpenreachHelp But our provider, @SkyHelpTeam are doing nothing to help. False promises, false deadlines. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Saying it’s all on you to repair and we’ve been priority for getting fixed and still not fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s is my mothers account but I am authorized on it as she is disabled. Have just spoken to your phone team and they seem to think there is a problem in the area. Not exactly helpful as I need internet on my laptop. This is very poor form!!
