@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam how can I give my notice to terminate!! It’s driving me insane now. I’ve emailed and been on chat 3 times and had the message someone will come back to me, I’ve not been able to call due to being in and out of hospital and the call wait times are shocking.
