@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkySports 18 months of football isolation for a footballer is horrible. I don't understand players who 'hang in there' when clearly they are not in a coach's plans. It is total lack of self-worth and self-respec - self-humiliation almost. Van de Beeck and Matta: "you too good for this!"

@SkyHelpTeam We have also found out she is going to have to get a new phone number. Just spoken to another very unsympathetic advisor. All the doctors and hospitals have her original number. She has many issues

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I've even disconnected them and reattached... I was an IT engineer for 8 years but I can't fix this. Reboots aren't fixing it and cable seating isn't the issue as far as I can tell.
