He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

Managers will call back in 24hrs but DONT. The point is whoever I connect with at @skyuk cant or wont help transferring calls, keeping me on hold to type notes etc

Cut up your season tickets and cancel your @skysports and @btsport subscriptions and stop buying their merchandise is a start. Problem is none of you will and that is why this is happening

Mdavda (@Mdavda2) reported@SkyUK Very disappointed in the service provided to my parents. They had a schedule appointment for someone to upgrade their connection. The engineer did not demonstrate the TV or phone-in where working. They were left unable to use their Sky box or their phone line.

Nathan (@NathW90) reported@SkyHelpTeam Restarting the boxes, checking for obstructions etc. all of which I've done without any resolution! Just don't understand why Sky Go wouldn't be working either
