@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@paramountplus @SkyUK getting sick and tired of this anti competitive agreements. I should not have to have sky to get access to streaming services. I don’t need a tv license and tv subscriber service for Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple TV or Disney Plus.

@SkySports I don’t have a problem with the name change but it’s poorly thought out in terms of how it sounds. Surely some sort of compromise to Cryptorena or even CryptoArena. The .com ruins the whole thing

@SkySports 1 guy flown privately to get back a day earlier than he would have = 450 trees worth of CO2, for a year. At a time when the whole world is being pushed to be more responsible. But who cares right? Not our problem...

@SkyHelpTeam There's an ongoing issue in SM1 - multiple people affected with the same issue since 4 Nov. Sky admitted a wider problem to OpenReach engineer in my house on Tues. Still nothing has been done & no official problem recorded on your website. We all just want it fixed!

@Rachael_Clamp @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like a faulty OCE switch or a fault on the connection with an absence of dynamic failover or a port fault or sky data centre panel issue. Either way @SkyHelpTeam should be able to fix it.

Been on calls with @SkyHelpTeam for almost 2 hours as we try to workout why my broadband connection isn't working. Can't decide whether to be grateful for their efforts or fuming. 28 hours with no connection, 2 engineer visits and still no nearer a fix 😟

@SkyUK disappointed with customer service. Spent 1.5hrs on phone to look at renewing my contract that ends tomorrow. Given a reasonable price until the agent realised that she hadn’t included half of my package . Giving me a £6 discount. Even retention team couldn’t offer much,
