@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam Your tech is useless too. I have a Sky sim card & mobile account & I am constantly being cut off in the middle of important phonecalls. Your cretinous agent lied to me that it was a local issue. Not true: nobody I know has the same issues because they are no with Sky.
