@SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been appalling for a good 2 months now. Signal doesn’t reach any bedrooms in the house at all, no matter what we try. Seems pretty pointless. Hopefully @virginmedia will have something to offer when my contract is up!

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
