@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all of that! I had an average speed of 3.2 MBS which I’m sure you will agree is not acceptable. So I phoned up to cancel my contract at lunchtime. The last day was to be Mon 22 Feb and for done reason the person disconnected me from today. Pls reconnect me now

@SkyHelpTeam The online help guide doesn’t even have my router on because it’s so old. Believe me I tried! It’s like going round in circles. I need someone to switch my internet back on. 14 days cancellation works both ways.
