    @SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

    @SkyHelpTeam It keeps happening. Customers shouldn’t have to keep ‘fixing’ connectivity issues at home, especially when I have Sky broadband too.

    @HAILHAILBHOY @SkyUK Sky Q, dreadful service. I've had an Engineer out to fix it 3 times and he has said it was a faulty box 3 times. He also put in dummy broadband boxes to trick the sky q Into thinking I had Sky broadband. I'm going back to Sky+ HD tomorrow.
