@SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkySports Wish people could just let players play, the comparisons the hate, the negativity the childishness of it all. There will be unnecessary hate down below in the replies I’m sure it’s ridiculous. Wasn’t like this years back, people just appreciated great players no matter the team.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this via the sky vip app but it says there’s an outage in the area but also that there are no issues in the area which is why I called ??????????

@SkyHelpTeam Ive done this, we just have to many electronics going at once. I’ve turned my phone to 4G. We just have so many things on the go at once. Though my next door neighbour also on sky seems to have same issue. Do not have optic fibre here yet.
