@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

@SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@Rovers @SkySports What’s a co-exclusive game? (Notts Forest game) And for overseas Rovers TV subscribers we won’t get streaming for those games. What other service asks you to subscribe and then says sorry you can’t watch the game. I’ll have to hope DAZN in Canada picks up these games
