    @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had total loss of broadband and phone-line since 8:30am this morning. I’m a critical worker, working from home & cannot access my WiFi. I missed a DRs appt this morning as phone line is down. Your team said engineer visit can take 3-5 working days #outrageous

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep a sky fibre broadband customer. Hence you being first. Obviously BT/Openreach supply the feed and you piggy back in their network using local Loop Unbundling.
