    @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @oxhillyouthclub @SkyHelpTeam You are aware that if you cancel and leave you’d be prolonging the whole thing because every provider apart from Virgin use Openreach. So if there is work needed now cancelling your Sky order isn’t going to change that is it

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there any maintenance in the area caldicot south wales ? Every night this week, 9.30 pm my internet goes down I work from home 4-10pm. I've had to start early to finish the previous days work. it's been a nightmare.

    @SkyHelpTeam appalled at the service my sister received from #skybroadband she moved house 3 weeks ago & been told FOUR month wait for wifi, no help in the meantime even tho shes self employed & wfh, meaning loss of income plus with two under 4’s in the house. Not impressed.

    @Ajkc_at_home @SkyHelpTeam Whilst it can be annoying to have internet problems, its domestic broadband so it has no bearing nor gives you no right to work from home so get yourself into the office
