@SkyHelpTeam I twisted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

Remember this hasn’t become an issue because the person he wrote to took great offence (as far as I’m aware they didn’t anyway, it was a friend by the sound of it), it’s because others who read the message publicly found it offensive..

@Andyfagan @AJwilcock23 @SkySports .. will be interesting to see what they do here. Would expect a 3 game and educational course type scenario. Whatever punishment he gets is rightly deserved and his ignorance should not be an excuse. But definitely a big contrast between this and the Suarez incident ..

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve been customers for years we’ve got 2 phones, an iPad and sky q with everything, we planned this for moving house then this happens and to be honest it’s not the first time we’ve had bad service from you and I’m ready to cancel the lot and go with virgin
