    @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve just spent 20mins on hold to sky tech team and apparently there is still a technical issue in my area ( Gu14) . 3Weeks on

    @SkyHelpTeam Auto-compensation is an aggrieved customer's right. The damage that Sky is causing to my routine because of this is far more serious. Am surprised that no one on Twitter has even asked for my Account Number yet - so not sure how seriously the team is looking into this! @annacook

    @SkyUK I now have to wait another 2 weeks for an engineer to come out and have been blamed for not taking a phone call that wasn’t made. Awful start to being a sky customer and something I will not be recommending!! Felt insulted being offered a £10 voucher!!
