@SkyHelpTeam I tweeted you yesterday but no answer to help me. Why is my sky box always freezing on me it’s getting annoying I’ve turned it on and off at the main switch and it still does it help would be greatly appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam Don't bother with this. Drops out every few hours, two days for a tech just to go wrong again. 30 minute wait to get through on customer service number.

@SkyHelpTeam 3 times in the past 2 hours my internet has went down! The speed also is crap! And when I’ve asked numerous of times for the box to be moved to a different area I’m told “we can’t do that” 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is in most areas there is no fibre to the house broadband so the speeds are restricted. You are reliant on BT cabling.
