    5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues in the NR1 area? Our broadband is out and diagnostics have said it is outside our house. Engineer booked but no indication on your website of any problems.

    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just managed to get it to complete. I guess it was overloaded from all the people trying to work out their broadband problems. It said it's slower than usual probably due to extreme weather. It's not slow it's non existent. And there has been no extreme weather. So now what?

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet down in Trowbridge since 3pm. Sky's live status page says no known issues when i put my number in, but every other down detector site shows there ARE issues. Is it only Sky that doesn't know there's a problem? Does the live status page even work?

    Is it just me or is being with #skymobile like stepping back in time? The coverage & service availability is dreadful (and that’s on a brand new iPhone 14)! Been in Ayr, Glasgow & Birmingham recently and constantly struggling for data access. @SkyHelpTeam
