@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

@SkyUK why do you make renewing so painful? Trying to get a decent deal as a loyal customer appears impossible. Spent 10 minutes on hold to get a worse offer than had popped on my original renewal. Had to get rid of Sports as you’ve given up on rugby and @F1 is ? Sport now..

@SkyUK do not do a home move with sky!! They tell you they don’t do they your e dusting internet package then tell you ya need to enter a new contract to use the service with no other option, then they give a date to tell you there has been a slight delay (1 week) my internet

@SkyUK my internet was meant to be active today and found out it was pushed back a week. So I have no internet or telly from them and in a new house with no entertainment!! I’m paying for Netflix Disney plus which I can’t use!! Sky your service is appalling
