@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie - it’s just so unreliable. Wouldn’t switch on last night, other times the screen freezes or channels won’t “load”. Worse than other similar streaming products we’ve had. The Sky Glass tv itself seems to have settled down a bit after similar problems but not the Puck
