Still major sound issues @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve tried all your ‘help’, I’ve re-booted, I’ve updated everything and the sound is still dropping out for a split second approx every 10 seconds. Please don’t reply with ‘sorry to hear this...’ if you were then you’d sort it.

Why are @SkyUK broadband advisors rubbish! One told me a complete lie and I’ve gone an entire weekend with no broadband, I’ve only now been told properly when the issue might be fixed and I still have to wait another 3 days?! Terrible customer service.
