    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t believe the system that you use does not tell the customer if the engineer is not coming, I’ve waited in all day for nothing. I have checked the appointment booking on the link and it’s showing as rearranged for Monday? Not a great start to Sky broadband 🙈

    @DavidWa01448973 @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom If you have complained to Sky using their internal process and followed that process properly, and it’s been 8 weeks or more since doing so, you can refer your complaint to the ombudsman. They won’t help unless the above applies.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no service all the time and cannot contact anyone to be able to see what the fix is for it? I have two phones on the same contract and cannot keep paying for a service which you are not full filling.
