@bt_uk Hi Steph, what do you recommend we do? We contact @SkyHelpTeam who inform us that openreach need to come out.. there is major miscommunication, costing both man time and money and huge inconvenience to us. We have made an official complaint with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It took me through to AppleTV+ via a link. I entered all my details to set up an account and just before the submit button it said 7 day free trial. Apply cust service had no details on it.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes they tried to blame my broadband, and wouldn’t accept that I can stream the same channels through built in apps on the tv with no issues. But it’s all unwatchable through Sky Q
