@MuttleyLD @SkySports As a neutral I never got the impression Tyler dislikes any team. But if he did, maybe it’s because Carragher is so obviously biased for Liverpool that he’s going out of his way to level it up. I don’t believe that for one second but it would be hilarious if true

@SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope, still says there is a fault with transmitter, check back today. 3 of in our house, all on sky mobile and no signal unless connecter to WiFi. Getting ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam hi guys. Had my home move done on Friday and the engineer advised he could add on multiscreen for £11 a month instead of the standard £15. He's left me a mini box (broadband being installed on 14th so can't use it yet) but my bill says £15 a month. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam created a whole ID to check if there’s issues in my area just to be told your service checker is down. this is horrific there are people working from home still and your broadband connections remain dreadful

@SkyHelpTeam So because their is a problem with your service I have to pay a premium to get this issue resolved. How is that fair. Will this £15 come off my next bill as I haven't been able to use sky all day? And won't be for another 24 hours if I have to get an engineer out

Was going to change to @SkyHelpTeam but stayed to KEEP THE NUMBER, call handler won't put me through to someone who can help(they're all busy). Maybe @virginmedia could help better than this shower. New business stationery, website changes, uniform and vehicle logos all needed

@SkyHelpTeam I finally got through to a very helpful person who has now sorted the issue. All in all it’s taken 2hrs and 55mins of phone calls to get this resolved and all I wanted to do was to downgrade my package - makes me wonder if Sky are purposefully making it difficult to downgrade.
