@MuttleyLD @SkySports As a neutral I never got the impression Tyler dislikes any team. But if he did, maybe it’s because Carragher is so obviously biased for Liverpool that he’s going out of his way to level it up. I don’t believe that for one second but it would be hilarious if true

@SkySports Tuchel is such a poor man manager. He criticises his players way too much in the open and barely takes responsibility. i’d suggest that if this form is taken into the start of the season that he won’t last long and Chelsea will look to bring in another manager.

@SkyHelpTeam No but I’m deciding whether to just see out the contract then move to someone else, the glass tv is the worst and the broadband can no longer be blamed for it, I wish I could go back to sky q without the hassle

@SkyHelpTeam @DavidCawdrey Don’t bother David. They are screening our calls and just giving an automated response that there’s an outage with no estimated time or fix then cuts you off. Denying us the right to speak to an advisor. OFCOM clearly states you should provide this. Is it days, weeks or months?

@DavidCawdrey @SkyHelpTeam I would like to make one too. You have just said our advisors can’t provide these details and OFCOM states you should. You are denying loyal customers basic customer service and a right to speak to a person. Day 6 here with no updates. Spending £200 a month for level of service!

@SkyHelpTeam @Michelle_Fitton Hi Emma, I have tried that number as others are stating when you call it you are told there is a fault and the line cuts off. As per Ofcoms guidance please provide an update on what is being done to fix this and a timescale please.
