    Normal awful service from @SkyUK No answer on phone for 30 mins, then 4 hour response rate on IM. Funny thing is that you can add to your Sky package without talking to anyone but those removing items are put through hell. They hope you will give up!

    @hollycammidge @SkyHelpTeam If they didn’t explain it on the phone they have to cancel it as you did not agree to the 18 month contract. I had the same issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky box replaced 2 weeks ago due to fault, already broken, can't send engineer for over a week, or send replacement box. Imagine if Netflix was down for a week, and Sky is double the price. Very poor.
