@ShabbyGinLover @skytv @SkyHelpTeam The sound is crap unless you pay the £5 a month upgrade, the same with the picture quality. You can turn the tv on the remote won’t work so you have to turn it off & on again 😒 overall service from sky is awful & once you’ve got sky glass your stuck for 4 years!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam That's the problem,you've asked me to PM but it won't make any difference.From my call,when I eventually got through, it seemed that upselling was more important. FYI I called about buying Sky Glass&was talking to a human within 3 minutes, last call to BB team was 35 mins on hold
