@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkyHelpTeam so does your team want to explain why it’s 2023 and there’s still no way of enabling subtitles on ps4 or Xbox one? PlayStation 4 is my only method of watching sky. Got a girlfriend with hearing problems. Yet you lot continue to persist, it shouldn’t take this long.
