@SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@SkyHelpTeam when my gas/electric/water supply fails, the supplier gets in touch with me to let me know they know about the issue, then give me a time that it’s going to be fixed by. Sky just say ‘Goodnight, Sweet Dreams’ and shut down for the night, in an age of WFH. Shocking

@SkyHelpTeam yo team. So broadband is still down in Portsmouth. Any update as the fix it screen just tells me to contact the phone line team. No email, no texts, nothing. We are just expected to twiddle our thumbs (assuming all have every digit)
