    @SkyUK my broadband. Firstly when I google customer services numbers for sky they show 0333 numbers however if you go through your help service you get directed to 0843 133 0418 and no mention of the call costs, I feel that this is misleading and not fair for customers to have to

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven't had any internet since 8.30, had to go to the library to work today. And on top of that, it's "training day" so it takes 20 minutes to get to customer service, and then they drop the call. Thanks Sky. Will definitely be looking to move to another provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm finding it very frustrating being a customer, the broad band Is very slow despite having a guarantee speed, it's still below par. When I ring the advisor just tries to sucker me in to upgrading or changing but it ends up costing me more. Unfortunately I dont own a money tree.
