    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m trying to move over from Virgin but every time I try and sign up (with mine, my dads and my mums name/ details) it says we’ve been a customer in the last 12 months. Can I join any other way?

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    What’s makes this poor performance even worse is the sickening bias commentary by Skysports!! Every negative fact is about spurs vs waxing lyrical about the other lot. Absolutely Shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam literally cannot talk to anyone to get any help. Need some help with connection of sky broadband. Every attempt to call directs me to online. Is there no one that can help to talk. Was easy to talk to someone when wanted to signup

    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be external, so I have to wait for openreach to send an engineer, no way to escalate despite my contract being with you not them

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

    Sky Q sound drop out seems to be an issue with loads of people on Sky Forums but @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam seem to know about the issue but are ignoring it #Rubbish

    @SkyHelpTeam I got an email at 5am today all working. However not working at all. Tried to call through but being told offices are closed and lined open at 7am. It's now almost 9am. Help would be welcome.
