@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@montyballs1 @SkySports Nah. They lack a lot of quality. Problem is they don't face much competition and the football is not backed as much as cricket, not even half of crickets money. They splash billions in cricket but original football clubs are dying in India apart from the new ISL.
