    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam october you lot upgraded me to fibre broadband. Its great you told me. You send a female engineer who said its all set up and my area yet ive had unteen problems since, im wfh and because of all the probs 3mnths on i will end up having to work in 1/2

    So I get @SkyUK Q installed. Mini boxes don’t work. Wait over 3 weeks for engineer. Still don’t work. Phone Sky. Can’t get an engineer until after pandemic. Told no reduction in the £80 monthly bill is possible. Remarkably bad service after 21 years of being a customer
