    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to sign up as a new broadband customer but I have questions re selecting an installation date - I move on the 8th and need wifi set up on the 10th ideally as I work from home. But I can’t see the option to specify a date when joining online.

    @special5757 @SkyUK Personally found disconnecting the house phone improved the service. Wi-Fi came more consistent

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Alison. I have now recorded over 7 copies alls to your broadband team and the matter is still not resolved. I will not call again. Sky need to call me and sort this out. You have cut me off and left me exposed to working from home with poor connections
