    @SkyHelpTeam @DJMattingley Well I for one will be cancelling all my sky subscription if you don't sought out the pausing issue of @SkySports ....I have been a loyal customer for 20 years ........extremely dissatisfied customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam It has been down since Tuesday night. I can’t get thru on the help website as it keeps timing out and when I call you say to hang up because I don’t fit into the categories. Please can you help. It is causing major problems with work!

    Hdy @SkyHelpTeam I just sent you a DM about how shoddy the website and customer service setup is. I'd appreciate a response asap because I am stuck right now and will simply cancel the lot if this isn't resolved very soon. Not impressed.

    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn't work! Been trying for over 2 hours now to pause sports via the website and it keep crashing after the "confirm order" and you have to start again! Crashed over 20 times so far!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I paid the Sky TV bill, I know it’s early. Can you double check if I done it right because when I pay the bill, it went to to my bank and I accidentally press the wrong one, I click on the card by mistake not Text, I did press cancel.

    @OrrRef @SkyHelpTeam I had the same. Totally ripped me off by putting price up without informing me. Then all they say is you were out of the contract period so end up paying more. Cancelled and will never go back no matter how many deals they offer me.

    Rung up @SkyUK earlier in the week to set up a broadband/tv package which now I can't unfortunately take up. I rang up to cancel, being still in the 14 day cooling down period and have to say how quick and painfree it was to do. My experience of others had made me fear the worst
