    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

The club was trying to cut back financially, they kept saying that the UEFA Cup run had actually cost us money etc. So IMO the club saw Southgate as a soft touch who wouldn’t demand what other managers would, we were too arrogant “we can’t go down mentality”

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky. So for over a week now been trying to downgrade my package. Called the number you sent me a link to twice where the automation seems to take your details to downgrade and nothing. Also asked for a call back and nothing. I bet if I cancel my DD I'd get a call.

    @SkyUK for the last two days our Internet has been up and down constantly. It's getting in the way of doing anything and it's more irritating than the teenage foxes that have been fighting outside my house for 3 nights straight. Sort it out will you please!
