@SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

@SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@RedBates @SkyHelpTeam Bit late to say it now but I call Sky up every year or 18 months to renew my offers for TV and BB. Never had any real problem in 17 years. Just as well really, as there's very little alternatives to satellite TV in my area. Hope you get something sorted out soon.

@SkyHelpTeam No calls come in, no calls out, there is a dial tone but as soon as you start to dial the tone changes. Tried 2 different phones with no filter and the test tool said there was problem so I called up and spent 8 minutes dealing with the automated system to tell me the same thing
