You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck 👍
