    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why send me to a page when your fully aware of the problems in Milton Keynes. Your customers talk via platforms like Twitter and can see the conflicting information your putting out. Apparently engineers were sent out hours ago which clearly isn’t the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, cancelled the viewing card. Hopefully you have reinstated my current viewing card. Not at home yet so unsure whether this has happened. Now having an engineer visit for 4th time on Saturday. This is becoming much more than a loss of service issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help for my mother. Her connection wasn't working, she rang up and was told she had to get an engineer. But it was a problem in the area and not to do with her equipment She's being charged for this! Need it refunded but can't get in touch on phone or online!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have cancelled my viewing card as I was never told about my current viewing card being cut off. Joke of a service from the start. Issue started with 1 advert freezing then escalated to intermittent black screen every few minutes then ended with no tv at all yesterday!
