Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

@SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam Today my husband called when the issue wasn’t resolved again & pushed another day. We were in this position last week, we were assured on the 24th it will be resolved by the evening of the 25th then pushed to the 1st. I have no hope it will get resolved tomorrow.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that several times . I’m now trying to get through to someone and have been on hold for ages. I’ve only been with you for 2 weeks and so far I’ve had nothing but trouble. I really really am considering scrapping it altogether and going with someone else now 😓

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam I guess there's BT infrastructure issues. I've had problems on and off today so the best thing is usually to leave for a few hours to see whether it improves. Even better would be transparency around infrastr. investment & upgrades to improve things long term.
