    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @revdenoodles @SkyUK Ah, that's good of you. I think you are right and I need it for the lock to their equipment. The most recent requirement is that the hub cannot be plugged into a mains extension cable but the socket on the wall. I shall be very surprised if that was the source of problem.

    @SkySports Wtf barely any contact goes to ground so easy. Goal should stand. Why didn't VAR check for the possible Brentford handball leading up to Brentfords penalty yesterday? Seems they only look for something to check when it suits them. Ignore it other times.
