Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam The new date is 15th June I believe but that’s not the issue. The issue is non show of engineer without any comms, being passed to 3 people on the phone for 45 mins, the promise of a message back, which I knew I wouldn’t get, so basically the overall service.
