@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam I've tested my speeds before as this happened multiples of times and I haven't put a claim in either. This time I'll look I to as its still doing it. It is completely cutting off and other in my town are having the same issues as well as nationally I've seen.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

@SkyUK our internet is still dropping with no apparent reason sometimes for hours at a time. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least now. When will it be sorted? I pay you guys a lot of money and for 10 years we haven’t had any problems.

Awful service once again from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - offered me a free upgrade which I took. Were sending an engineer but had wrong postcode for me. So they cancelled the engineer to correct it then said I couldn’t have the upgrade cos I’d already taken it! Wth?!

@SkyHelpTeam so after spending 38 minutes on the phone between 2 of your colleagues I have no resolution to my problem which when I tried to get a refund after an error of misrepresentation. I get someone to send me from the mobile team to sky store then back to mobile not happy!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I spoke to them to tell them they had my old postcode on my record. She couldn’t update it without cancelling the engineer then couldn’t rebook as offer was no longer available as I’d “had” it! Terrible systems and terrible experience. And don’t get me started on broadband…

@SkyHelpTeam BT have told me you cancelled the order on their side, so the issue is firmly with sky. Can you have someone call me tomorrow with a resolution. I’ve been a sky customer for 13 years this isn’t acceptable and I’m substantially out of pocket as a result.
