    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I’m stuck in a loop. Broadband down, I follow your faultfinder app which leads me to a call number. I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

    I would strongly advise against going with @SkyUK. I moved now about a month ago and they still have not set up my Internet. Their customer services have been terrible as well. They've promised to call multiple times and never did. Going by reviews, I'm not alone in this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing no, TV guide shows the listing correctly - it’s like I get one recording that only part records 32 mins of a 60 min listed show. the WiFi is all connected and I have full signal when I check on settings in the sky TV guide settings. It’s honestly annoying
