@SkyHelpTeam On the night it wasn’t working. The website kept saying there was a problem. I tried everything, rebooted, reset, unplugged and replugged cables. Didn’t work. Works now but goes down for at least an hour a night and when I work nights from home for an IT company, it’s not great.

@SkyHelpTeam Hey, we’re having an issue where if we download films on Sky. It’s downloading the first 10 minutes, then jumps right to the ending and the credits roll 20 minutes in.
