    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @SkyHelpTeam I have some movie and kids channel not receiving any signal and can’t watch them, not due to the weather as it’s been going on for a good month or so, I was advised it maybe my box or dish, and I have followed all your instructions to try to sort it on my own!

    @SkyUK I don’t mind paying a small premium over other lesser companies for you great products and services; what I can’t fathom is why I am paying £40 a month more for the same service from you compared to a new customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam can I get an answer this morning on this please. I’m not looking to spend all day on the phone being passed around teams like last time. I was ready to look at upgrading my devices but after the service I’ve had the last couple of months I’ll probably go elsewhere

    Thank you. I don’t believe it’s your issue but I figured I would tag you in as my in-laws who live a few doors away are having the same issue. @SkyHelpTeam have been nothing but useless. It is clearly an @WeAreOpenreach issue but Sky claim they can’t do anything without me sending the same 3 sets of photos of the router and ONT….again. This lack of communication, even from the supplier, with @openreach is pathetic.

    @Plusnet the worst possible service ever, make promises they cannot keep, leaving my contract early to go with @SkyHelpTeam at least they have some sort of idea of customer service and actually respond to their customers messages #goodriddance #plusnet #awful

    @SkyUK when will you actually take responsibility and resolve the constant issues with our broadband. We joined yourselves 2 months ago. Patio destroyed during install Drops out every 5 mins - still no fix No credit applied No action taken Avoid sky! They just don’t care!

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. I’ve recently signed up to Sky but had to delay delivery twice due to being away and now you’ve cancelled my contract. Please could someone contact me and reinstate this at the agreed contract price? Nobody mentioned that it would automatically cancel

    Left virgin media because of poor customer service. Decided to join @SkyUK but guess what they’ve let me down on installation that was due today!!!!! Really glad I took the morning off work 😡😡😡😡 what an absolute joke !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. May I suggest you flag it with the website team, as it’s strange to have the same issue on multiple devices. Have since tried on an iPad and another laptop. Still not working. Suspect it’s a Sky problem, not a me problem!
