    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I’m stuck in a loop. Broadband down, I follow your faultfinder app which leads me to a call number. I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

    @SkyHelpTeam The box set is available, just watched on laptop. No error message, just states 0 episodes on xbox, although able to watch other box sets. Think there are issues with skygo on xbox from my searches

    @SkyHelpTeam We can get some box sets, just one or two suddenly gone missing. In error message to report, just states 0...the link you give did not help in these circumstances.

    @SkyUK I pay £80+ per month for what’s supposed to be the best tv service going. Yet when it rains your whole system shuts down, “no signal” but you can still watch pre recorded shows. It rains 90% of the time in the UK. Should I be getting a refund?

    @SkyHelpTeam I hope so! But to have to take time off for a 3rd visit is seriously annoying. I have to use holiday or lose money so the issue can be resolved after 2 failed attempts. Not holding my breath

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t because I’m not connected to my hub to send this. Once I connect to my hub it’s just a complete outage and doing it without the hub just says ‘we can’t find your hub?’

    @SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.
