    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I have some movie and kids channel not receiving any signal and can’t watch them, not due to the weather as it’s been going on for a good month or so, I was advised it maybe my box or dish, and I have followed all your instructions to try to sort it on my own!

    @SkyUK Disappointed that after 32 minutes waiting to speak a customer service advisor, I had to hang up, as couldn’t wait any longer. Much quicker to take out the contract & my money !! #skypricehike

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm unable to work from home and work are not impressed and I'm worried formal actions will be taken. I need to know what is taking place to resolve the problem and a time frame. Your respons of "engineers are working to resolve this" is not a good enough response.

    @SkyHelpTeam how about you guys stop posting on Sky News when there are still people who can’t use your broadband. Down twice in the space of like 20 days, except this time it’s been down for 15+ hours. Not worth the ****** overpriced deal.
