Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyUK Network based? Not likely. The networking element of my Q is the worst thing, seems to randomly “lose” network connection despite being on a wired LAN, why doesn’t it do an auto reconnect like any phone, tablet, pc etc. Instead it is constantly needing me to go to settings.

Same Fifa that choose a WC in a country with 50°c heat in summer so tells UEFA we move it to Nov - tell your associations to shut down for a month!
