@SkyHelpTeam Be prepared for a really fun customer call tomorrow morning because BOY OH BOY WHERE DO I START. My 7 month wait for a call? A refund? The truth rather than lies? Insulting standard "the line is fine"? Gonna be fun 👌🏻 hope it doesn't begin to happen whilst I'm WFH again.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkySportsNBA Been a Sky Glass customer now for over 1yr. I struggle to watch any NBA, E.G - last night there was TNT Tip Off, 2 games followed by Inside the NBA for 1hr - none have added to my playlist, if i kept Sky Q i could watch them all, can you help me out?

@SkyHelpTeam I've been 9ver this with your team like a million times over the past few months. All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know what else to try! I've changed HDMI ports and leads! It doesn't happen with any other app. I've tried to switch settings on the Sky Q box and that, also, doesn't work.

@SkyHelpTeam Been down this road before, you literally deny any issues and your engineers tell the truth. They disabled IVP6 & the issues persist. I'll happily have ANOTHER engineer out to confirm this. As I said, still waiting for a call back since pre-Xmas.

Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....

@SkyHelpTeam 2 Sky engineers, 1 Openreach engineer before Xmas as you denied over & over we didn't have issues. 2nd Sky engineer admitted you do, and disabled IVP6 on your router. Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam That's the problem.Not that I don't have an alternative router, but that you call tree does not filter calls to agents. It keeps referring to your website. It makes no odds to me, as I am ready to switch supplier with anyone that talks on the phone to its customers. 😬

@SkyHelpTeam It's affecting partner's work-from-home, he's had to re-do several tasks because of lost data due to the internet cut offs. We only joined Sky officially in Feb 2021, doesn't look promising if we're starting to experience issues in a short timeframe.

So basically Sky has been charging us for an outdated service for months and because they have put loads of ads out on the TV its our own fault for not seeing them and won't be refunding?! @SkyUK
