    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we've been in contact with sky several times and received the text yesterday that the internet was activated - still no internet though, only 2 green lights on the router. Tried all the self-help options, nothing. The router set up seems fine, it works as a local network.

    @SkySports No one has stopped for 3 years as the top sides have nearly played as many games as each other. It’s the lack of depth in the squad that’s the issue so they can’t rotate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is fine, no issues. Our entire system: landline, mobile, tv and broadband is Sky. I resent you telephone sevice that is disingenuous and tells me to call once I’m home when I’m calling from home! Sort this out or I will cancel. It’s two days now and speed is low too.
