@SkyHelpTeam at the end of this month I will be cancelling my direct debit with yourselves and will ask you to end my contract of TV services as I will not be able to afford the luxury of all channels so rather than build up debt I shall no longer be able to.use that service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Hi! Hope you can help. Sky Q box stuck on update mode. Turned off, tried to do a manual reset, left unplugged as well for days. Plugged back in and still running and stuck on update. Tried to reset all ways - no resolve. Any ideas! Or box broken?
